My builds vary wildly in their architecture style, but this one is so great for pueblo homes, mid century builds, modern builds. Sometimes even ranch style homes. I use the light fixtures all the time

The Modern Luxe kit has a curtain rod, too. The kits designed by simmers have these things because they know what the community wants.

I love this kit. And I love how despite the fact that you're only using a kit and the base game, it very much doesn't feel like a base game house. I think that speaks volumes about the kit itself and the versatility of it. Out of all the kits I'm glad they made this one free

So cute! I’ve been a silent watcher for years meaning that I’ve never commented but this house is so adorable and I really appreciate it because a while I did get this pack for free. I agree with you about the kids, not wanting to spend money on because it feels like there’s not enough content in them to be worth five dollars. I never ever ever thought about building this style of house until this kit came out and now I would say it's my favourite style to build in, I even renovated almost the entirety of Oasis Springs with this style (and I'm definitely not a builder!)

Whilst I get a little bored of the traditional style homes we usually see on this channel this was refreshing, desert luxe in one of my fav kits! But more props to being the ONLY creator I follow encouraging you to use anyone’s code with EA. Everyone else just mentions using their code and I think this shows just how Lovely Kayla is ❤

This is probably one of my favourite builds of yours so far! I really enjoy the suburban style and you always nail it but I was pleasantly surprised with this build as you usually say modern houses aren’t your go to style but you’ve done an excellent job!

Okay so I know it’s kinda a silly ask but I would love to see a video where you intentionally use every single pack, kit, etc to make a house. I can't believe it's been "a couple years ago." I remember this like it was yesterday. I missed out on getting this kit because I was horribly depressed and going through my own hell and couldn't even think about logging in and "purchasing" a free kit. Back then, you had to put in your card info still to get the pack. Not sure if it's still like that now since I have EA gift cards now lol.

Desert Luxe is Definitely one of my favorite kits to build with. Perfect for builds in Oasis Springs! I use the bar stools, bar, BBQ, and curtains all the time. Excellent kit (too bad I paid for it Right before it went Free!).

i use the desert luxe stuff ALL the time in little ways and maybe it’s just because it’s the only kit i have lol but a lot of the stuff in it can honestly be used in a bunch of different ways
