For the Gamer Girl's house it should be an apartment for her and videogame characters like Chell from Portal 2, Spider-Man and Miles Morales from the PS5 Spider-Man 2, characters from old games like Lego Indiana Jones, Star Wars, and Harry Potter. Maybe Batman from the Arkham series and of course Minecraft characters, like Steve played by the legendary Jack Black, also Bowser. Plus in they can help fight Vita Rush in the finale.
