This is cool, what you could do is build it like an old time bike which you can sit inside of the tire, that way you can have some steering. Have a tiny wheel in the back for that. Of course you'd have to offset your weight backwards somehow for that to work. It would probably be better if you could build some actual tracks inside and make it work like a train. It would probably be more stable.
