the amount of English you have to write to tell the AI to do something, is almost the same as just writing the app yourself. Also, a lot of code-review, gluing and patching, it feels like working with a junior dev.

I often find with paid apps and plugins that they never give me 100% of the functionality I really want. There’s almost always a compromise. I’m building my own apps and plugins now EXACTLY how I want them. Incredible.

I appreciate you sharing your work on RU-vid and aspects of what you are achieving are impressive. But how is this even remotely close to a Notion clone? You did not implement even a fraction of a percent of its functionality, nor did you tackle structured online realtime collaborative features, synching, accounts, apps, an API, scaling, etc x infinity. I think you would serve your channel better by avoiding the clickbait. AI progress right now is very impressive and can be extremely useful in real world application, but you are paving the way for disillusionment and wrong expectations.
