my favorite types of tiny homes to build are ones for an ungodly amount of sims. i pretend i‘m building a camper for one of those tiktok vanlife families and download cc for triple bunkbeds so i can cram in as many kids as possible lol 😂

Speaking of pushing the game to it's limits, how about you make a maximum capacity challenge? Pick a lot (or better yet spin a wheel to get one) and build 6 units (could be houses or apartments, depending on what size lot you get) and each unit needs to be able to fit 8 sims (and pets don't count)

"i'm living in your walls" type of house if shoved into an unused corner of a real-sized home, absolutely love it!!

Kayla, I think as long as the interior is fully functional WITHOUT the outside, and the outside is just extra, it's totally fine. What a fun challenge!

ah i’m kinda early! i just wanted to say whilst i’m here, thank you so much for what you do for st. jude’s. i just started a new chemo cycle for leukemia a few days ago - it’s 5am in hospital and i woke up to vomit lol - and i see this in my sub box. instantly i just mentally feel so much better. so so so much goes into the care and treatment of children/young people with cancer by these organisations/charities/facilities/etc, it’s insane seeing it first hand in front of you, and done FOR you. gosh the gratitude. to whoever chipped in to fund for a chemo self care kit and travel bag, that made me smile 24/7 for a week!!!!! every cent goes such a long way in boosting morale, let alone all the research and funding that makes the treatment even possible. god you are such beautiful people thank you💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗

I made a house like this but used the lounger portion of the dream home decorator sectional as a bed since they can nap on it and they get onto it from the foot end. Didn't have to use fake walls and it looked really cute

I think the grill is okay because it's not the only food source, just an additional one. As long as all of the necessities (including fun) are handled inside in the house, it's okay if you have alternate options outside.

I would’ve put a tv on the wall above the shower so she could relax and watch tv up there on the top bunk, put some sort of activity under the bed, maybe the mini fridge? Don’t know if that works 😂 But this really did turn out charmingly cute!

I really like this house, so I'm going to drop here some ideas that might have worked well, for example, I like what you did to cover the back of the house but I would have also tried to add ivy in the exterior walls to cover completly the clipping, and maybe in the interior of the house I would have chose a plain wallpaper that matches the paint that is on top of the tiles from the bathroom to take advantage that the mirror covers the intersection of the two wallpapers so it looks like it has some continuity

You could have used the verticle planter boxes from EL in place of the ones that are there, that way she can plant flowers or fruits, and cover the patio area with a clear roof in a hip roof shape to make it look like it is a tent, with columns in the center and on each corner. Also, you have plenty of room for a pool or a pond, and you can put in a hoop greenhouse. Well, it looks better than the house I started with in my rags to riches game I started last night. Oh, you know what that would be good for a tiny town challenge.

what if the challenge is to use the first object of every category search result in the first room and the second object of category search in the second room, and so on... (ie. the first chair, first table, first plant, first deco in the first room and the second bed, second desk etc in the second room) might be fun to try as a challenge 🤣 would love to try myself but unfortunately I don't have this game

1 tile bathrooms needs the shower BEHIND the sink! You can also use one of the small mirrors at the same spot as the shower the knobs will clip but everything will work (and one of the smaller base game mirrors doesn't look too bad like that)

instead of the mini fridge you could always use that functional lunchbox item they added!!
