Today, I built a giant snow globe in Minecraft 1.19 Hardcore! This snow globe will also serve as a Christmas village for the local villagers! The snow globe contains tons of beautiful houses, a frozen pond, a church, and even a Christmas tree!

The mobs probably spawn because of your dome, Farzy. Thin ice show up onto it making a shade for zombies and creepers. Since sunlight in minecraft only shines from the top, no matter what angle the sun is, the mobs spawn
