There are different types of meditation, memorizing a passage and thinking on the words is also a form of meditation. Many Bible verses are good for this. Proverbs and Psalms are good places to start.

How about an animation that uses AI and can be on the corner of our computer, activated with a click or voice? Another thing that i have been looking for so long: lets say i have several ebooks to read but not enough time, how can i use chatgpt (or other) to teach me correctly all the concepts on those books instead of nano-summaries that usually does? For example from a book with 230 pages, it's expected for someone to take several notes but AI doesn't seem to do it well (or does it?), some help here ?!

I can tell you that most (not all, but most) of the food you’ll have in Spain will be healthier than anything you can get in the US. I don’t know if your bot can tell you that. And Málaga, being in the south and on the coast, has excellent cuisine.
