Omg, this was so beautiful, I love the told you told Rockets story. Thankyou so much for rescuing him and giving him such a wonderful new home and life. I hope you keep us updated on his babies and himself ❤
Thats a beautiful set up you made for Rocket. I'd call the female "Lady" from Lady and the Tramp. 😆 Don't let uppity people get you down. You rescued that fish at that moment from a deadly fate. Take care and GO ROCKET DAD!
Wow..bettas are amazing! You did a wonderful job filming this and showing the process! I enjoyed the entire thing and it brought me both relaxation and comfort! ❤️
Bubbles don't add O2...it's the surface movement caused by the bubbles that allows the gas exchange to take place. The idea of bubbles adding oxygen really needs to be expelled from the hobby altogether. I do love bettas tho and for anyone that is new to betta breeding and their behaviors, this is a cute informative video. Rocket looks so much better and tho I'm glad you saved him, buying from big box stores like that just helps them continue in their quest to mistreat all sorts of animals.
Just had a horrible thought. Do pet stores leave obviously sick and dying bettas on the shelf because they know some ppl will spend money to rescue them?
I just wanted to say incase, basically Amano shrimps will eat the smaller shrimp's (cherry? or that sushi) babies. They decimated my small shrimp population a few weeks prior

I have one men fish slike tat in croatia is ewal but the women ona are not ewal😊😊😊 it vas olredi and se is stil ali e and it is a girl. Se is grom zoositi.
I get that it’s just gonna put another fish in the same situation, but he did save the animals life so I think we can call it a rescue. I say this as many dog/cat rescues had to have someone purchase them from the abuser to rescue them. Thank you very much for caring tho.
I agree, the worst thing you can do is buy pets from abusive sellers. Same goes for puppies from puppy mills. The best thing to do is report it to the store manager, and then to any authority that is responsible for this sort of thing.
So if you pay a randsom for a kidnapped person are you not rescuing/saving them? The law of supply and demand probably won't solve this problem but legislation will. And this video he has created has helped to spread awareness so his kindness has benefited more than the fish.
god it’s not like there’s responsible breeders or independent pet shop owners that keep betta fish… he wanted to make a rescue video and you can’t do that if it’s not from petsmart/co
