healing is harmful for undead mobs, so when you used healing it counted as harming.

You do realize that healing and harming are inverted for undead mobs? The "Hospital" would murder your horse XD. Also, I'm not sure if you watch Grian's Hermitcraft videos but his "Rift" and your portal structure are surprisingly similar.
