Emilie does not increase Kinich's personal damage and is not necessary for him. That is a misconception in the community. The only reason why people put them together is because they both benefit from burning and will both increase their own personal damage, im not gonna pretend they're not good together, but you wont need her. Knowing hoyoverse they will most likely release characters that will make Kinich (and Mualani) much stronger. My bets are either Xilonen, Mauvika or maybe even Citlali. Because Kinich's current team is ngl kinda goofy, his best teamate is Bennet but they do not synergize at all, Xangling can sometimes also have problems with him if your too far away or swining the opposite direction from her burst. And his burgeon team is very lackluster in my opinion. I absolutley love Kinich tho and im praying for a better future for him.

I'm glad you didn't transmute the plume first cuz you can only transmute one piece of an artifact set per patch(42 days), otherwise you'd learn it the hard way. Also, he doesn't need em, em does nothing for his dmg. Great video as always, Cheers!

the reason you can do 2 sometimes and 1 other times is due to phlogiston his second grapple takes phlogiston which can run out if your in natlan but it can never happen in other nations ( phlogiston is the red bar on top of your hp in natlan )
Kinich's playstyle is so fun. I got super lucky so I got him, his and raiden's weapon in like 120 pulls lol. He's a huge upgrade compared to my old team, I love it
Watching the artifact leveling process was painful.. You always maxing out the Exp straight to +20 is crazy to me. I never do that. There's a chance to get *Exp X2* or even *Exp X5* Bonuses (which are completely wasted when you upgrade straight to maximum level).
fun fact you can select a different character and than wait for kinich’s cooldown and jump than quickly click on the character and than it will throw you like really far (i think it works in natlan only tho)

28:11 Does Kinich really benefit from 95% Crit Rate *EVEN on his first shot?* You need to consume nightsoul points to get the +40% Crit Rate from the artifact set, and Kinich doesn't consume any of those points until he fires off the first cannon shot. His points build up until they reach a maximum, after which he can consume them to fire the shot. So I'm just wondering if his First Cannon Shot remains at 55%Crit Rate and only the following Cannon Shots will have 95% Crit Rate?
I’m wondering about that too, especially with his C2 boosting his _first_ cannon hit damage by 100%. Seems like a bit of anti synergy if the set description is worded right.
Yes he consumes the points before his cannon hit the enemies. It's been tested already. You can easily check your character stats when he's about to fire his cannon atk. So the 40% crit rate will always activates on all of his cannon shot

I lost the 50/50 on 50 wishes then got him the very next 10 pull😮. Then first time ever wishing on weapon banner I get his weapon first 10 pull I do. I’ve used up all my luck on kinich
Wow, you just need 1 day to make a character do 7 digits damage. I've been doing artifact runs for two months and am still unable to make Furina do 7-digit damage, I really envy your luck lol

I am finding on the test run, i have issues getting off the final shot of each volley. Idk if it is only a problem on console, but he just doesn't do that big final shot sometimes, or does not get his blindspot bonus.
you need burning to get 3 shots off, and I think you can time 3 without it if you do one big shot > burst > 2nd/3rd bigshot. but typically you can only do two and it runs out before three
@@kazuu_44 Nah with burning, the minimum you got is 4 if you play correctly. Even missing some blindspot will get you 4. With burst and proper gameplay, you can even get 5 shot per nightsoul blessing.
They ain't no way so last banner I got Kuzha and I just did my very first 10x on his banner after a hard decision between him and Raiden to replace fischl but I told my self If I get kinichi first I'll go for Raiden so next 10x is her banner

if u actually paid attention to him testing kinich at the end you would've heard that he doesn't use the eng dub. he plays on jpn. also as a previous commenter said genshin VAs rarely pronounce ethnic names properly. you should know this by now we've had the sumeru cast as a proof for 2 years
