I get that Kaenic Rookern is OP, but why not go Anathaema and put it on LB, it gives 250 more HP which is good on vlad and 20% haste and 400 gold cheaper?

Face tanks their whole team, used his 2nd w as leblanc goes in with w (not hard to do) and just so happens to dodge panth w at the same time. Then claims he dodged panth w out of fog of war and claims it was skill over a overtuned build. Not usually a hater. But I can't stand high levels of arrogance
