Man IOK you are without a doubt the best and most motivational rust player. I hate the types like the group that were griefing you constantly, that's why I only ever counter raid especially when I see bigger groups bullying and harassing others. If we're ever on the same server, you best believe I'll be a thorn in their rear while they're raiding you.

I think this idea could be retried with the industrial update. You could make the whole farm base out of stone as you could connect large boxes to the TC to automatically refill it. You could also automatically craft teas with it too.
Bro this is not just a rust video, it is no doubt the best motivational video ever, and this actually motivated me to save up money and buy rust some day even though it's gonna be hard but i will not give up :).. just like you never giving up .. keep it up love ur contents
You should try it again but get a bunch of people in a discord to protect the base and help you farm resources. Basically a farming zerg to protect from griefers and make this project 10x easier

Iok, next time you wanna do mega projects like this one, split the farm in more tcs. You could have make 2 tcs for it, one on each side, and then kinda connect them. Would have been able to have more up keep :D
Not only was it scummy for them to grief and destroy the farm but also kinda stupid, like didn't they see a madman working on a project that would give free tea to the world?
Its a bit weird too take credit for other peoples designs, especially when you should know how much it takes too design a base that works for your team and playstyle. So no, it for sure isnt your early base design, I spent many hours altering this base.
Great video as always. What a brutal wipe. You basically need to farm bot to maintain upkeep but everyone keeps raiding you so you have to spend so much time defending and repairing and losing loot. In a normal wipe you'd probably love the raid defenses. But in this case it was probably unbelievably aggravating since there was such conflicting demands that fulfilling them all was a tall order. Especially for a solo. Those raiding you probably think you're absolutely juiced with loot. "Omg look at that farm base. Guy is probably absolutely loaded!". Meanwhile you're broke because no one will even leave you alone to get that loaded. One thing about the upkeep though: I'm not sure if this works but there is one possible workaround I thought about and I'm not sure if it's really been tested. Could you work around the upkeep by destroying the TC since a max 24 hours of upkeep is dumped into the building upon TC breaking. Then if you place a new TC with upkeep does it stack? What about if you destroy that new TC with upkeep in it? Will that stack?
Why didn't you split the farm base into two or three and just have a very very tiny gap between them like three or four pixels wide so that you could have two or three tc's
