Minecraft 1.20 was just released so I decided to bust 235 of the craziest myths in this new update! This video is inspired by Melt Tiktok: / eideridiot Twitter: / eideridiot Other stuff: solo.to/eider
You can't attack the camel's head because it doesn't have a hitbox on its head, just like how zombies don't have hitboxes on their arms. The hitbox is just a rectangle around their bodies. (Also, why is the breeding camels with cactus a surprise? They literally said you could do that in the announcement for camels in Minecraft Live). The Luck enchantment DOES make chests give better loot... the problem is that you already loaded the chest loot beforehand by opening the chest already. Chest loot is rolled when you open it the first time, so applying luck isn't going to change the items inside it. The reason beacon beams can go through bedrock is so that its actually possible to use beacons in the Nether (since it has a bedrock ceiling). Thorns DOES work on armor stands, but you need to use a _sword_ not your fist. You CAN spawn withers in snow biomes... (it bothers me that people don't realize this) it just doesn't work because of the snow layers next to the base. Spawning the wither requires very specific placement, so there HAS to be air blocks under the "arms" or it won't work. In the very very rare case that a shrieker could generate on the surface (such as playing on a deep dark single-biome world) a Warden would be able to spawn on the surface. Yes, baby pandas can sneeze slime balls. At some point someone even made an unnecessarily complicated slime ball farm using baby pandas. Bundles can be turned on as an experimental feature in the data packs tab of the world settings when making a new world. You CAN use cheats in survival with cheats turned off, but you have to open to LAN to do it. Edit: As a Minecraft nerd who already knows all of these this video is painful to watch. How does he not know these things already~
I appreciate the information. I just started playing but I’m on a switch. I watch 20 minutes of a video then find out it’s Java. I’m checking comments before I watch any others. Thank you!
@@Blocky_GuyZ You might want to remove the plank from your own eye before pointing out the speck in someone else's. You're calling people "stupid" while you can't even construct a basic sentence with correct spelling, correct capitalization, and correct grammar. That's more stupid than not knowing something about a game. Meanwhile, congratulations on having no life and so you can just sit around and play Minecraft all day to the point that you know everything about it.🙄Such a worthy accomplishment for someone who calls other people "stupid".
Bees pollinate crops by flying over them after going to a flower (while they drip yellow particles), usually while flying back to the hive, so you may want to try the nether wart one again
For 88 that would be a cool concept of they added nether plants that the sniffer had to dig up (since mojang isn't shy about difficult things, charged creeper for a piglin head and frogs for froglights having to go to the nether.
20:25 let me explain why that doesn’t work. if you put a ton of grass by a wither it won’t work for some reason. it does the same with snow, so to make that wither work remove all snow layers, then break one of the heads, then replace it and it will spawn. also, the naming boat thing only works on bedrock edition, but you have to name the boat in the anvil.
Its because the wither needs to be exact. There has to be air underneath the sides. Most likely so players can't just place three wither skulls in a soul sand valley to spawn withers on accident...
Fun fact: if the sniffer is put in a boat as a snifflet it can grow up into a sniffer and stay in a boat. Ended up having two big sniffers in a boat at the same time and it looked hilarious 😂💀
Also the only way to truly test the LUCK effect is to find a chest that hasn't been opened yet, save game, make a backup copy of that world, and THEN apply the luck potion BEFORE opening the chest. Then just restore the world using the back up you made prior (a simple copy and paste and rename copied file after deleting the world where ya used the luck potion already) and THEN check the chest without the luck effect on to truly see the difference. Considering you'll have a backup of the same exact world, the loot in that particular unopened chest will always be the same when you load that world and open that chest for the first time in that instance. If there's no new loot and its all exactly the same after restoring the world in this method, then the myth is BUSTED - however. if its the same loot with some items missing, then it's confirmed that using the luck potion does in fact give you a chance at finding better/more loot from chests. (Under the conditions of opening the chest for the first time) See what ya got to understand is - after a chest that's naturally generated by the world seed has been opened by a player - it's loot table content is locked in place, unable to be changed by the RNG/rarity boosting effects of the luck potion. That's how its designed to work. It would be incredibly broken if just using a Luck potion would let you reroll the entire chest's content if you found loot ya didn't like when opening the chest as that goes against the way Mojang intends things to be in Minecraft. Also due to the way loot table generation is handled in Minecraft by each world's seed, it can only inject new loot from other loot tables into chests that a player has yet to open. There are some mods that let you see what's in a chest without actually opening it, and when tested with a before and after using a luck potion, on occasion the contents update themselves from what was shown to having either new loot entirely from what was shown - to just having a few extra new items added inside the chest that such mods didn't show prior to opening the chest, its actually the easiest method for confirming this "myth" is in fact is true. BUT since your doing all this in what i'm assuming is an unmodded world, i gave you the solution all players can use to test it themselves without mods first in the beginning of this post when i mentioned the backing up your world method.
Myth 59: Luck does change the loot in a chest, but by opening the chest you already rolled the loot, my guess is you have to load the chest in while you have the luck effect 😅
You can actually put a sniffer in a boat. If you hatch a baby sniffer, you can put it in a boat, once it grows up it will look very goofy especially if you put 2 in a boat. You can speed up the baby with a torch flower. It also works with horses and camels. I’m on bedrock so it might not work on Java
The dragon head also moves when it with redstone. I made a cassino one time that when you won a song played, rockets went off and 3 dragon heads started moving their mouth. It was super fun. ❤
Ok but he's busting myths in Minecraft, so I understand him just busting them in Minecraft, he didn't say he was doing editions and honestly that would be a lot more work.
@@annisroberts7753and he also didnt do Xbox 360 edition or PS4 edition or 3DS edition or Rapberry Pi edition etc.. He said he was busting myths in the game called Minecraft and he did.
@@myaplaysroblox2013 the luck effect affects chests, i don't know if the potion give the visual effect or the real(i haven't play minecraft in a while)
0:20 i found multiple beehives on 1 tree, when the cherry bioms didnt exist yet, but i feel like thats a rarety world, as i found 2 emeralds together, 2 emeralds on the outside of a mountain and more
7:09. Actually you can name a mob “name tag”. To do so, get a name tag, go to settings and choose any other language (that’s not English ofc) and then go back in the game and then name the name tag “name tag” and then change back to English (or whatever language u use) and u can have a mob named name tag!
So the reason why you can't spawn a wither skeleton on snow biome is because you need to remove the snow first or it will not work i did that once i was on survival and doing "my goal is to kill the wither skeleton" and i spawn in the snow biome and all you have to do is remove the snow on the withers surroundings then spawn the witherskeleton once your done removing the snow and there you go😊 hope it helps tho😊
I've seen wolves hunt skeletons in minecraft. Also the bed underwater thing has been there for a while, doing it since about the caves and cliffs (But that's when I got into minecraft again) Nice video though! love the way you edit!!
I tried the sponge campfire thing. It took a while, but it worked. Luck will change the loot inside of a chest as long as it hasn’t been opened yet … idiot When you wear the dragon head, it could always open and close its mouth There’s a very low chance of getting apples from oak trees, or cherry trees meaning maybe you just got the high percent chance of not getting an apple from it Wolves will hunt skeletons if they can see it Mobs can spawn through portals, but only if you’re in the overworld and watching it there
Dragon head always worked. It always moved his mouth which is why I always have a little levers underneath the dragon head. That way he can move his mouth so it looks like it’s talking.
You can summon a wither in a snow biome, it's just their can't be snow layers under its arms, it's the same with golems and wolves attack skeletons at least in bedrock edition
Here he is using a potion of luck at 7:18 And here is where he says the potion of luck is a new potion at 13:05 But the potion of luck has been in the game for a while
@@Mya_Plays. no it has everything to do with chests the luck effect increases the odds of getting the rarer items from fishing and chests (it literally takes one google search to find this its on the minecraft wiki)
Dragon head has always moved its mouth by the way, and potion of luck has been around for a while. Also night vision is green cause night vision cameras show a green tinted footage.
they either did a bunch off stuff wrong like the wither in the snow biome or the slash potion getting rid of fire in the nether, or it was stuff that wasnt added in 1.20 like the dragon head moving or it was stuff that was in the change logs of an update.
and for those of you wondering, you have to break the snow around the area you spawn the wither to spawn the wither in a snow biome, and you throw the splash potion up to get rid of fire in the nether.
The dragon head could open its head before. My little sister saw that and freaked out, after that she was scared of the enderdragon. I used to scare her by putting it on my head
Extra Facts!!✨ Now we have new spawn eggs for a few mobs and bosses like: Iron Golem Spawn Egg Snow Golem Spawn Egg Wither Spawn Egg (with commands) Ender Dragon Spawn Egg (with commands) And talking about your video, it was Amazing with so many myths I didn't know.
31:34 That must have been a Java thing when they came apart. I've always been annoyed that when I break a chest-chart, it doesn't divide into a chest and a cart. I have chests full of chest-carts that are just sitting there unusable because I can't separate them.
