I play on grimmzone, I started playing around with the virtual quarries recently, I fill my oil one with 20k low grade and leave it overnight and get 16k crude oil which then gets me 25k low grade lol its awesome. My sulfur one is pretty lacking though, I gotta get more charges.
Glad you're enjoying PVE Rust. It's usually not nearly as toxic as vanilla. I think these videos are a lot more interesting than just roaming and killing people. These type of videos you're actually DOING things, because PVE servers tend to spend the time and resources to make their maps more interesting and inviting for things to do.
I play on a PVE server and I'd love to show you how we do things on on our server at some point. I'm not sure if the one you're playing on has player rankings, but on the server I'm on, it's a bit of an "all in good fun" pissing contest- who has the most heli/ brad takes that wipe, who ends up with the most points from doing the most raidable bases, flexing how much boom we have. We're only a 2-ish x, so it's not stacks of millions of c4. We actually do have to work a bit for it. My point, is that PVE servers have a much more vibrant community, and it might be worth diving a bit deeper to see what other PVE servers do, which is an area that most Rust RU-vidrs tend to shy away from. So you'll at very least get some unique content out of it.
I see PVE more akin to minecraft tbh. One of my favorite things to do is meeting newer Rust players starting out in PVE and then teaching them monuments and building tricks. At 4k hours in rust it's nice to relax and build for a change.
@@jatriu2688 well it should be easy here because brit brought so many fuckin people to the server the ai had to be disabled for the remainder of the wipe
@@jenzu4229 every modded server, PvP or PvE has overpriced packages get used to it lmao. You don't need to buy VIP packages. On a pve server someone having VIP doesn't harm your experience, there is no killing so you can go at your own pace and you don't need to spend a dime.
You want to have two virtual quarries. One to mine crude oil which you refine into low grade and sell at outpost for diesel and other mining hqm to sell for RP
I've played HEX on and off in the past, there's always one or two players who think they're Server Kangs...they take every airdrop, every brad/heli spawn and run to be the first at every event...sorta ruins it for other players
BRIT!!!!! I love PVE servers. I have over 14k hours on PURE PVE servers. I honestly hate PVP and i really enjoy the dynamics the game has to offer. I have played almost every PVE servers and i even created my own at one point. You should defiantly create your own PVE server for sure.
I was top raider for the two wipes I played on HEX, was a really good server but a group was abusing the /buyraid and very little was done about it, I still got top but had to work for it. Excellent coverage of the server and it's mechanics.
Hey Brit really enjoyed your past 2 uploads since watching I have started playing a pve server on ps5 really enjoying the style of it keep up the good work Brit
Great video. I love this type of server. Atleast i love watching people play these servers. (Console dont have these amazing plug ins) keep em coming bro!
I have owned rust for many many years and never once installed it. I decided to finally try it out last night. I played a PvE server but it was Russian and I understood nothing. I did the tutorial and all I can say is that I'm terrible at the game. 😅 I like PvE servers. I don't care for pvp. It's nice to see someone who enjoys pvp enjoys PvE. Awesome video!
If you make a PVE server it would be max capacity all day your viedos are amazing I started playing rust cause your viedos about Lazarus servers lol amazing stuff man keep it up
The Virtual Quarries have ranges on what recources they give you. I think crude is like 1-50 range and HQM is like a 1-25 range. The other materials should be a 1-250~ range so if your lucky (or paitent enough) you could get somewhere around a 240 sulfur and 24 HQM quarry starting point. Im fairly certain crude quarries arent really profitable until you get past the 40~ mark.
as a solo i tried a few hard raids and it was impossible really due to the NPC respawns and amount of turrets! love the server though really good fun never thought PVE would be as fun as it is!
Farmed hard as a solo, just blow externals, kill the first wave, and then get inside and there aren't usually any issues. Traps are just HV rockets and it's easy af to just pummel your way through bases off cd
Idk how it works on your server but when I played i used to take some stuff with me to nightmare bases to make a turret base so it kills all the NPC's respawning while im in the base or dead and coming back. Also it serves as a respawn point if you put a bed down there.
I'd suggest trying to do a nightmare. In my experience, I've found that the nightmares tend to actually be a bit easier than the hard, or expert level bases and a LOT more profitable. They're still challenging, but they're usually relatively straight forward where there's a definitive path to follow to get to TC and all the loot, whether you walk right through the front door, or blow in from the top, as opposed to spending a bunch of boom to carve through honeycomb. That said, I have seen packs of base designs that some servers have that do have a couple of "troll" bases that are impossible and/ or not profitable. I usually do a quick fly over before I commit to the raid, so I can see which base design it is if I recognize it, or at least get an idea for it's footprint and how it's constructed so I can come up with a plan on how best to tackle it.
Love the PVE content. Can I ask for a series rather than your usual frenzy to speed run it. The PVE’s have so much depth.. no need to rush .. am happy to watch more content
I played pvp for a total of 14 hours and the admin's found a total of 11 cheaters on 6 different servers that I logged into. I then jumped on a pve building server cause I'm still learning and had a lot of fun. I jumped on another pve server and was completely wasted by zombies. I'm at a total of 55 hours now and enjoying the game finally
small hint !!! use way more time in prison , run the card event there , lock out zombies to get to crate etc , better loot for effort than all old monuments
Big ups Brit. Always creating the least toxic content gathering the least toxic followers. This gives me hope for the game. Haven't played in months but you've made me want to pick it up again. ✌❤ p.s. if anyone wants to team up and play some time lmk looking for chill people.
As difficult as solo is on offical servers PvE is a nice break from the endless thrashing that is Rust... There's a ton of things to do and the general population of PvE servers is pretty welcoming. New players especially. Some PvE servers set it up where there's still a PvP aspect to it too for those who have that itch.
a night before the collapse i drank two bottles of liquified rust and jumped into battle where my sixty-nine teamates were already looting and shooting AKs at the enemy clans. After the collapse we were captured and held in the gulag where we would fight to the death and I of all the fourty-two fighters left emerged victorious, twenty years later I still remember my best buds I had to fight and kill in the aftermath. Popsiclefart69, juicEEdibles, tryhardrageXDXD, Jackcatluver2.0, Glockinmararirip, asfssdadagamer, driPPidude. To this day I still remember telling their families that the were consumed by gaming and were to become fat and never touch grass again. They were true soldiers 😔😔😔😔
If you enjoyed the PvE style server, check out zombie land outbreak or infection. That nightmare base is more like a hard or an easier expert. Nightmare raids on there are truly nightmares.
@brityt I think if you made your own pve server it would not only become one of the most popular. but you would make a lot of money if you do nice VIP packages... I would be one of the first to support you because you deserve it and you do a great job keep it up friend
Im so sad that Escape From Rust server died, i wish a youtuber would make a video on it. (it always gets poping after a youtuber plays it) and this is a sick video
Pro tip from a PvE player, that particular skill tree mod should have a farming tree with a ton of upgrades that will help your farm out with the end skill lets you set genes
Tip from a past pro, cloth farms and hqm quarry’s is the best way to get rp. After one day you should be able to get 150k all the way up to 1 million rp
I remember 2 years ago when i played on this server. The clown boss required you to have full plate armour with m16 + explosive ammo and 100+ berries and that was just the weakest boss. 😢
You have a personal recycler, and you're on a pve server. In raids, take ALL the loot, put it in a straw shack with boxes inside, recycle it all and then you'll have a lot more to sell. I think you could also do /sethome 2 and tp back and forth do your main base with all the loot
love your vids especially on this server you should make the biggest base and raid 100 bases in a vid or series Edit: you should get other youtubers to join you in raiding the 100 bases
Its great that there is perks for taking less damage i have done these nightmare raids on other servers and would get basically 1 shot by every trap so many respawns
You should of went to combat top right for 5 points you can get 100% durability and stop breaking your weapons and tools, unlimited air in air tanks eta. It’s the first thing I go for on the server I play then fall damage, reduced damage from npc’s, drum mag, then I deep into raiding. Lock pick is pretty much useless and the trap sight especially when you start to know different bases and been raiding a bunch
Brit if your in a pve server with the skill tree look in the combat tree first row far right your looking for the maintenance skill it will stop durability loss on weapons and gear
No, i like the video itself during the ad bc i already know imma get inspiration to play rust again for the 1st time in 8 months again just like my yearly Minecraft match
Is this the au server or the us server. Ive played on the hex us for awhile now. A lot of PVe servers are monthly and I think a month. It’s just too long of a wipe schedule so I switched to the US hex for the biweekly much better.
