Regarding your comment about the animals eating of the ground. There's a channel called "Ima Survivor Sanctuary", they initially fed the animals out of bowls until alot got sick. The vet mentioned that they should stop feeding the animals out of bowls because they were spreading "diseases" (if one has the flu it spreads it from bowl to bowl). So now they feed everyone in little piles allover the pastures.
Haters gonna hate. You're an amazing Dad! You should give seminars. Even though you don't have it all figured out, nobody does, you're miles above a lot that I know. You win or you learn, it's the learning part we have to accept. Some just don't get it. Every kid should have the opportunity to experience life on a farm. There would be a lot less problems in this country. Rock On!
If people would listen to Chad talking to Adler and Adler repeating everything. Chad you are an amazing Dad. It doesn't matter how you got Case and Adler. It nobody's business. Both those boys have all your love and knowledge learning all about farming and I personally know after having a jerk of a husband who was NOT a good dad to our son. Cas and Adler are so lucky.
Chad I love how you and your Dad talk to your Animals the same way, Just love it, I would be the same. you had me cracked up when you told the Goat to chill out.🤣🤣👌👌
Jack is a great kid. He is so rounded he grows, traps and hunts a great big brother as well. Adler loves animals... he was probably checking out those chicken cages for eggs 😆😆😆 Have a good evening 🌻🌻🌻
Hello from Texas 74" I love your videos and I love the way you talk to the animals. My grandma always said you talk to yourself but never start answer yourself because they will call the party wagon on you. Love seeing your youngest inter act with you love it. Your new addition to your family may need a little more help. Love Nana 74"
Chad I'm praying your new cow gets better soon. Glad to see he is in your very capable hands and he is getting the best care now. He is going to grow into a great steer because of you.😊❤
Good to see he's up and you got him down to the other pasture. It can sometimes be a slow recovery, especially for calfs, new feed, grass, surroundings, it all comes into play. He'll be fine though, ya'll will see to it. Awesome days ahead though, love what you're doing!!
I'm so glad I found your channel. I grew up in the country but have never had a farm or raised farm animals, so I'm learning a lot. Love your boys. You are such a good Dad :) You mentioned wanting donkeys. You might really enjoy watching You Tube videos from Ima Survivor Donkey and Animal Sanctuary. The Morrow family have several donkeys, some have the zebra stripes on their legs. Watching Ima Survivor, I'm come to know each of their donkeys & other animals & all the different personalities they have. Lester & Jami are great folks. Hope you have time to check them out. Not trying to advertise another channel, but I think it may be informative & at the same time have a few chuckles :) Thank you for sharing your farm life with us :)
Glad you got the calf moved. Prayers he gets healthy soon! I love to watch the Buffalo at Cross Timber’s Bison!! I talk to my dogs all the time. I have a 95 pound Irish Wolfhound and I know what it’s like to get sideswiped by her when she’s running!! Hurts like the dickens!! I laugh so much when you say “I peed a little”!! My son and I say the same thing!! 😂 😂
2 of our children have bite marks from a donkey 50 years ago. Had him since he was first born, but had to get rid of him when he pinned our son on the ground and was ready to stomp him. Male goats smell! Breeding times even more! We only ever had one farm animal we couldn’t bring ourselves to eat. It was our pig “Parsley”. She and our dog would walk the kids to the school bus and in the afternoon would be waiting for them to get off. She would lay on the porch of our bank farmhouse in front of the door, and we would have to go out an upstairs door. Talking to yourself is normal. Be careful you don’t argue out loud with yourself where others can hear.
I love that you stick up for yourself, don't stop! I don't like spiders either, anything that is creepy, deadly and quiet needs your extra attention!! Just sayin'!!
Jack from grow Jack outdoors is so adorable, such a sweet kid. I definitely think your cow has shipping fever (pneumonia) and will need antibiotics but your friends are definitely more knowledgeable about that than me. That probios is good stuff, they also have a powder form you can mix in his water. He’s a pretty little bull though. I’m with you on I dislike the heat so much.. I laugh every time you talk about your organic pizza and organic honey buns 😂🤣
“That’s 3 more goats than I want”….a year later & he has Bruce who he absolutely loves & even wants more like him! Despite Bruce often driving him crazy at times😂😂
You may already know this but make sure to take the safeguard block away from the beefy boys before the butcher date .I think there is a withdrawal period
Hey, just a thought if smokey is running or the goats; they may run into the water heater tin. Get rid of. It may save you a vet bill for stitches. Love ya'll.
Little Shrimp will take a bit to recover, he’s drinking & eating, & you’ve given him dewormer & probiotics so that’s all good. How cool is Gallagher’s Smart fencing? I mean you had that set up so fast. Jack is an amazing young man & the master of growing all things big. Take care & cheers from 🐨🦘🥰
I got my ayam cemani chicks this spring. They was 3 or 4 weeks old when I got them. 4 hens and 4 roos. They are WILD and try to be tough. When free ranging they was always trying to start beef with the other chickens but was all talk and I never seen them win a dispute. This fall we hatched a couple hundred chicks(winter ferret food) and kept a few dozen. Even as chicks I found they want to fight and pick at the other chicks. It doesn't end well for them. Next spring I will brood them separate from other chicks to increase survival rate.
Can't believe how big Lola's getting. Lots of bacon there. Smokie is on the move today. In top form lol. love keeping up on Adlers farm. God Bless, hugs to the boys.
Yesterday I came across a video that's like yours. Right down to having a dog just like yours and named Smoke. I think it's "Grampa's Coop "His set up is just like yours. Most of his animals and birds are fairly new to him. I went ahead and subscribed to him and he's very nice to his animals like you are. ❤ But you'll always be my first lol. I just realized it's your Dad lol 😆 😂 🥰💜💜🦋
Chad, you and your Dad are awesome. Your animals are lucky to have you. Poor baby calf, I hope he feels better. I know you will take good care of him. I Love your scene of humor 😂.
Love you Chad. Good luck with your new heifer. You make me smile always. You are a good person, son, dad and animal raiser. It's been a minute. God bless you and duces 🙏🙏🙏
Good morning lovie looks like everything is as it should be. Animal have had there chat and food, and are very happy. Adler was soooòo happy to see daddy again at that market. GOD BLESS you all LOVIES keep safe love you guys New Zealand.
Maybe able to cross male pony with jenny.thats where miners mules came chrome I believe.they worked them in KY coal mines due to small size and strength
Chad, your Dad has mastered petting Haun, your starting to win him over. Great job. I think you gentleman are doing a great job with each of your animals don’t listen to people that have negativity in your comments. I don’t know anything about cows, I do think he is looking much better. Great job Gentleman. You have stated that your aware of your weather patterns and you adjust your feeding after lots of rain, keep up your farming dreams.
It is mating season for spiders. Just remember, if a fly hits one, it doesn't leave. (Grin) That's how it was explained to me by an entomologist. (That's a specialist in insects.)
You said Smokey will knock you down if you’re not careful. Our dog who is about 100 lbs ran into me from the front and bent my knee backwards. It still hurts after months when I go up or down stairs. Please be careful. You are the same size as my 33 year old son. He doesn’t do hot weather either. Lol He comes alive when the weather cools off. Ahhhhh 🥶
Roaming bison and zonkeys braying their little backsides off! Look forward to seeing that one day! Love your dry, sarcastic sense of humour, Chad and your endearing ways with your two boys. Thanks for sharing your life ...ignore the haters and enjoy us admirers appreciators!
