It’s really a pity, we’re in Ghana and the building engineers are targeting Ghanaians in diaspora and foreign so it makes their pricing of the building outrageous comparing to the economy in Ghana all in the name of dollar depreciation, meanwhile we have a whole ministry of housing and development in Ghana. My question is don’t they watch real estate companies projecting their properties on Ghanaian internet to put a stop to this? It’s so disturbing

Yeah, Ghanaians living in Ghana have been written off when it comes to real estate developments. Most developers think it's only foreigners and the diaspora that can afford to buy houses in Ghana. That's why they come up with their own prices.

I don't understand why a builder will contact Zion Felix for a video. This is the guy who doesn't care about anything rather than RU-vid views with lies and clickbaiting captions. Never believe anything he puts out, I will never contract any builder who comes on this channel. And most ppl I know share the same views. Zion Felix is fake, and doesn't care about your feelings.

How can't give out the whole estimate for the person to know..if there is further estimate due to increase of prices, then you let the person know.

Don't trust whatever they tell you, there's 5 to 10% charge on the cost of materials aside their service charge. They can hide a while one or two beds money in your estate if you don't get a second eye from another quantity surveyor. A firm I contracted hid his uncompleted 3beds in my estimate. Lucky I hired another firm to do another estimate.
