It was painful to see March have low effect hit rate on the team that needed her to freeze yet have high effect hit rate on the clara team where you do not want to freeze the enemy since clara needs to be hit.

She kicks ass in gold & gears. Literally the only reason I managed to clear C12

Using her as a freeze char in Simulated Universe is REALLY good with good Effective Hit Rate (which is the only place I still use her, but she is REALLY good there, I dusted her off from retirement back when Swarm came out and she was the key to completing my Remembrance run). But.. Happy March 7th Day :P.

It's kind of breaking my heart a little to know that fan was probably SO excited that you finally took their request after all the time and effort they spent trying to convince you, only to see that you blasted them in the beginning and spent the entire video sounding like you're being held hostage and not even really giving March a chance to impress you.

Sparkle is really good with March 7th since she allows SP negative playstyle for your Sustains/Supports. You might want a SP neutral DPS though (Blade/Jingliu/Arlan).

My guy testing a character to freeze the enemy against a boss with 40% effect res 💀(which is very high compared to most ememys having around 20% ) and also march does have a taunt with her skill if they are above 30% hp along with a cleanse which is actually very good not to mention the e6 healing. Also She isn't made to be uber powerful especially since she is a beginner character you get as soon as you start the game so of course she is falling off a bit and how is it even fair to compare her a free character you get at the very beginning to a premium sustainer that is probably the best in the game (fu xuan). She is very good its just that most of the time she is mainly used in simulated universe with the remembrance path for the dissociation effect being freeze but dealing like 30% of the enemy max hp. She is also used with Clara because of the taunt you just blanketly ignored.

She works fine. And no, she doesn't need a healer. My March 7th have 140 speed, 2400 Def, 40% C.R, 90% C.D and around 50-60% effect hit rate. She is C6, 2 piece of the defense set, 2 piece of the follow-up attack set, sphere and rope are the one that boost C.R, follow up attack and Ult. She deals around 3k-4k with the follow up ( not much) and around 10k-20k with the ult, freezes a lot and the shield still is good. Not the best character, but she is cute! And I did clear pure fiction and forgotten hall with her, usually together with Clara, Topaz and 1 more character. Right now, I don't hate a good LC lv80 for her, so I'm trying to level that firefly LC for preservation path, to see if this works better.

March and rememberance path is OP in simulated universe

Tip for characters with high taunt: place them at the start or end of your lineup, it mitigates how many people will get hit by blast damage. It's great so you dont have 75% of your team get rekt by crowd control like what happened to you with the bug with the clara team.

I think that leppard guy really like March7 I could be wrong tho 🤷‍♂ Imo she is pretty good. Her aoe ult and fua helps breaking enemies' shield and she can cleanse + freeze + heals a bit (at c6) I think adventurine will be the 5 star version of her if the devs follow the "5 star with almost similar kit as 4 star who was released to test the kit but the 5s will be better ofc" trend. She might be better in situation where the enemies are weak to ice tho if breaking weakness is needed

often you want to have March 7th shield herself first, because it gives her the most aggro to start off with

March is my go to support in moc 12 after luocha. She'll finally be replaced by aventurine next patch but she has more than earned her respect. By far the best 4 star sustain imo.

She’s actually really useful in MOC12 sometimes, especially with gepard LC. Her e6 healing is enough to not need a healer and she provides good utility with shield, freeze and cleanse.

Unironically the best character in the game for clearing Gold & Gears at high Conundrum levels. She's the best character at freezing multiple enemies at once using her Ultimate. Stack into her EHR, choose Remembrance, grab the Fuli and Melancholia Blessings, then freeze your way to success. Outside of Remembrance SU runs she's pretty mid, but she has her niche 🙂

March shines when you adjust her builds for the team you are playing. Because Clara WANTS to be hit you generally just want to build DEF on March and avoid EHR so you don't freeze too often. Freeze March wants as much EHR as she can get and sacrificing a DEF body for an EHR body to get it is fine as the enemy can't hit you when frozen. Her AOE freeze can be very useful in DOT teams. I have Fu Xuan but there are situations where I run March instead

Rememberance actually gives you the EHR on Gold and Gears,so you can pretty much get away with a full DEF build and let the game mechanics take care of this part

You should not shield everyone unless they have less hp it increases their agro only shield March 7th and puts your support adjacent to her. She can sustain any moc with this unless the boss has freeze resistance.

If you’re using Clara with March, don’t build March with effect hit rate! Clara won’t be able to get hit as frequently making it a dps loss.

I want her E6 so she can heal. I put her in an elation team with Ratio and is so satisfactory when her FUA activates his FUA as well.

The extra taunt in march's shield allows her to work with clara really well

March is actually awesome, I have a a lot of five stars and still use her all the time because of the such consistent freeze and Remembrance you just have to build her really well.

March 7th is a pretty integral part of PF for me. Her burst being AoE is nice, and her shields heal enough to live. She just steals all of Geppy's stuff when I need her.

I actually like using March with Fu Xuan because she prevents Fu Xuan from getting one shotted and can cleanse her. But this is mainly for extremely hard bosses where I wanna make sure I stay alive lol.

Agree with most of the comments that March's number one utility is Simulated Universe. I didn't have her built at all and never used her until I started trying to clear out Swarm and G&G. Now she is essential there!

Gold and Gears, Swarm Disaster, any SU type thing where you can choose Remembrance and run March with Pela, Herta and another sustain = Easymode.

Bro decided to use early game M7 build, endgame M7 build is Eagle with tons of speed, Hit rate and def%, being more imoportqnt to constant freeze than shield, and shielding herself(or a teamate if only if positioning and need extra energy) Endgame M7 is freeze control and can be only sustain, comps that benefict from m7 are either dot due to freeze making enemies takes more turns without moving or hungry sp comps like Imbibitor since m7 will be doing a ton of normals recovering sp And existing lynx, you no longer want to clara m7, its a antisinergy

I think its cool that you’re actually trying her out but kinda disappointed you didn’t try her in sim universe since you can get way more out of her kit with elation, preservation, and rememberance imo and its so so so much fun

New player. I used march 7th for awhile before i got gepard. I think gepard is underated. He doesnt have cleanse but he can solo suistan and be completely sp positive + a freeze if you need it. Hes definitely carried me while i dont have any limited suistains.

Clara/Topaz team you don't want to use her ult. Also some enemies have 2nd action that you can stop altogether if you freeze them after their 1st action, ie Kafka/auromaton/monkey.

March is only good in Swarm disaster and Gold and gears tbh. But by good I mean really good cuz with remembrance path she became a freezing god

i think u should only shielded m7 since her shield increase taunt rate to shielded char by 500% so she can take most of damage and u save the SP u can shield other char when they are bellow 50% or maybe debuffed or pair her with clara which what u did on purefiction while using her ult to freeze enemies (u need to build EHR for it) which is why u dont bring her to unfreezeable enemies. ofcourse at some point she cant sustain the team if u fight for too long because enemies can do full aoe attack but in end game like MoC u dont want to fight for too long anyway

I've seen March 7th in some 4* only MoC 12 clears and rather her being a pure defensive unit, she's more of a freeze bot with the ability to put aggro on a unit if they need ult charge.

March is actually very good for those who don't have Fu Xuan or Gepard, especially against single target attacks. The right way to play her is to shield herself, because her shield increases aggro, and if the teammates are in danger, she can shield them too. Her AoE frieze is the best part, as it prevents enemies from attacking, but you need effect hit rate

I unironically like March because her hair is actually pretty white save for the ends. Context: I have an account where I can only use white hair or gray hair characters and it happens that my only other sustain is fire MC 🤡

She is cool, she carried me for the first few months of the game until I got fuxuan and huo huo. Though your application was a bit off, in team with clara you should just spam her skill on clara so that she gets targeted and both of them get follow up attacks, and for the solo sustain you should build effect hit rate to perma freeze. She is really good as long as you can freeze the enemy.

March and Clara have anti-synergy so that's probably why it was so slow for you lmao. Frozen enemies can't hit Clara. You built her mid, got mid returns, and acted like it was March's fault :') sadge

As someone with an E6 maxed March 7th who I have loved and raised from day 1, I approve.

This was a fun redemption story to watch. Went from disappointing to rewarding.

My favourite way to play March when the game released was dps march with Gepard cause of her FuA whenever an enemy attacks a shield so I just had 4 ice set (could maybe do a 2 set with the FuA set now) with atk crit and eff hit rate had Gepard spam team wide shields and let the enemies kill themselves from March maybe I should revisit it now could be fun gimmick team for simuni

The only thing you have to remember if you wanna maximize Clara being hit is to not bring Tingyun.

I’ve been using March with Clara ever since I got her and they work so perfectly :)

I use March in a team with Clara and Lynx and build her with atk, she does decent dmg and taunts enemies on Clara along with Lynx. It’s a good team in Pure Fiction and in Simulated Universe Elation runs. Yeah it’s not the strongest team but it’s not meant to be, it’s meant to be a tanky team.

Topaz and E2 Clara are one of my go tos if Jing Yuan isn't needed as a dps on the other team. Having sparkle though frees up Topaz bc Sparkle and Jings my new fav combo.

March 7th carried me early game, she’s definitely underrated. She shields, freezes, removes debuffs with skill. I got lucky and got gepard’s lc early on so I only had to shield her and she gets hit every time.

Day one of my life lc is her best lc 😅 and march 7 is the most God mode in all of the simulated universe 😊 can't wait for her 5* version i hope in the future we can know more about her.

TBH, I really like March's concept. Personally, I think she needs a LC or buff that that gives her a shield to all allies. A small one so we aren't going overboard, but enough for her passive to proc. Preferably its a buff to let her E6 kick in on all allies. Another option would be to make her provoke increase be changed to a taunt. She could do so much if her defense was more reliable, but she doesn't do enough to protect the entire team reliably. And while the excuse about her being a F2P character is fair to say she shouldn't be Adventurine levels, she should do more. Fire Trailblazer is a great 4 star protection unit. I think base Dan Heng is decent with his boost from attacking slowed enemies and penetration passive. March is the odd one out that requires a second protection unit to do her job well, which brings into question why she's even on the team. And yes, freeze comp exists. But that's so slow compared to how most content is about clearing things in a certain amount of turns. Simulated Preservation makes sense for like Swarm and Gold and Gears, but that's about it.

weird team i'm using is march, clara, black swan, huohuo. not sure why but it seems to be working fairly well. ( but im also not max world level yet)
