Do what works for you AND you are not alone. I’d had a few difficult years and I needed that type of planning. It kept me on track and sane. You Go Girl!! 🙏👍🍀🍀🍀🍀
@@amandaryan1470 thank you for watching and commenting. I come from a place that included years of abuse, of all types. I think for my mental health, I need to see the tiny successes of each day. It makes me appreciate all the things I have to be thankful for, and reminds me that I CAN do things.
I dont list every thing I do especially if it’s routine for me but I am all for doing whatever works for you. I do write down daily chores no matter how small cuz I love a clean house but often feel overwhelmed with all I have to do. Being able to check stuff off like “put away the dishes” even if it was like 5 dishes, helps me feel like SOMETHING got done and sometimes that’s enough lol.
I understand exactly what you're saying. I do the same thing. Laundry means "wash a load of dark uniforms, hand dark laundry to dry, fold and put away dark laundry". I saw a video yesterday about being neurodivergent, and a gentleman explained that a neurotypical person doesn't have to THINK about those things, but a neurotypical person has to process it...like work through the steps in their mind. I have to say, though, that I feel an sense of accomplishment, at the end of the day, when I can see a list of all I have completed. Thank you for subscribing and please, continue to watch and engage. I love hearing what works for others!!
@@tuxedoplanstoday aww. Thank you so much! I’m learning, and still have a long way to go. I’m just trying to create a comfortable place to talk about life and planning, and sewing.
