I have spent the last 4 years recovering from an eating disorder but I also have fibromyalgia so I do have certain foods I have to try to avoid to avoid a flare. Which makes everything so much more difficult and triggering. Your health & wellness content is the ONLY one I can follow right now. So thanks 😊

It definitely matters what you eat for breakfast. I know it’s said a lot but that’s the fuel your body will use for the whole day. I feel like my body uses breakfast as a slow burn energy and if it’s not an actual breakfast my body feels sluggish and I tend to not feel well.
