If the main reason you're not ready to get a second dog right now is the puppy stage, consider adopting an adult dog 😊 There are so many dogs waiting for a loving home and adult dogs are a lot less likely to ever find one, so it's definitely something to think about if you're able and willing to expand the family this way!

I'm 5'11, my husband is 6'6. He's the tallest man I've ever seen lol prior to him, I dated guys either the same height or shorter. I always felt huge next to them lol. I get the height preference!

I have never dated but I got the same advice from a past co-worker if I ever decide to start using the apps. He said to go out with them right away instead of messaging back and forth. At first I thought that was crazy but he justified it the same way you did. It’s so much easier to get a feel for someone face to face (which is so obvious but in this day and age we’re all so stuck online) instead of through messages. Once he explained it to me it made a lot more sense just like how you said it.

Men date us specifically for our physical beauty, no woman needs to be shamed for her physical preferences in a mate. Here’s a loose powder product pointer. Instead of completely removing the sifter seal off the product, just punch a few holes. Much easier to control. No spilling on yourself.

I somewhat like the talking stage with a guy on a dating app because I feel you gotta assess the person a little before you meet them irl. I don't want to meet up with a weirdo. I had a friend who went on a few hinge dates and the person was weird, rude, not exactly how they looked online etc. I get wanting to meet in person. Talking in person is best but it's a hit or miss straight away usually.
