Awesome vid again, dude, really enjoying these openings ^^ To clarify for you, Hidden Fates have Pokemon rare cards in there known as Shiny cards, that's because the Pokemon themselves on the card, are different to their original colours, so they're shiny Pokemon. When the card is all glittery and reflective, it's a holo card, so that Clefairy at the start, is a holo, but in the Hidden Fates set you opened previously, the cards you were pulling were known as "Shiny Cards" because the Pokemon themselves are a different colour to their original colours. As an example; a normal Charizard is usually orange, with green inner wings, whereas a shiny Charizard will be black with red inner wings.

Watching this makes me want to start collecting pokemon cards

Simon, here’s some knowledge about cards for you to know: 1: both the Flying and Surfing Pikachu cards (I think) are secret rares, which makes them very rare and usually valuable. You can tell by the number at the bottom right of the card. If the numerator is bigger than the denominator than it’s a secret rare. 2: The difference between the two Mewtwo EX cards is that one is a “full art”, meaning the art covers the whole card. 3: What you’re calling “shiny” are just holo cards. Shiny refers to when the actual Pokémon itself is a different color than normal. The reverse cards are “reverse” or “reverse holo”. 4: Some terminology to help you is “ultra rare”, “hyper rare”, and “secret rare”. Ultra rare includes EXs, GXs, and Full Arts, and Hyper Rare includes Rainbow cards and other cards including I believe the super sick Charizard from this pack. These are generally more valuable. Break cards are also Ultra Rare, but they’re considered like the low of Ultra Rare and are generally not worth much. If I’m wrong on any of this someone correct me. Let me just explain: Shinies aren't related to the Holo background, but it's about the pokemon itself. A shiny pokemon has a different colour, e.g. Charizard is black instead of orange, but as you don't know the later generations, you probably won't recognise that a lot of the times. And also only certain sets (e.g. Hidden Fates, Shining legends) have shiny cards in them, Evolutions does not.

Pokemon videos are actually really relaxing to watch idk why but keep doing them😊

Shiny pokemon are just the same pokemon but a different color. For example a shiny growlithe would be yellow instead of orange. Idk if such things exist in those packs but thats an example of a shiny pokemon.

Just a heads up, the shine cards with a non shiny picture is a reverse hollow, the shiny pictures as hollows and non shiny photos at the end of the pack after moving the 3 cards are normal rares
