@Alexander Konczal yeah, but conventionally speed is measured as distance over time. One revolution is not a true measure of distance, as a revolution has no standard start and end point.
@@meursaulty6672 Speed is measure that way. Rotational speed is a different quantity, measure in different units. You can't just ignore a key word and expect to be right.
@Nowolf yes, but in the context of the prompt in the game its bs. RPM has a second parameter other than speed, which is radius. The Earth is slowest when measured in rpm due to its size, but fastest when measured in absolute speed.

@@Nowolf doesn't the kinetic energy involved with heat refer to the vibrational movement of the atoms, not the translational movement? Like, you can have a stream of cooled air moving at high speeds; the average speed of the atoms will be quite high, but the temp will still be low.

It seems like he was robbed with the Space Jam soundtrack thing. The comparing units to dollars thing did actually mess it up. I'm struggling to find info on the sales of the Chicken Run soundtrack, but I keep finding stuff about the sale of 6 million copies of the Space Jam soundtrack, and it being listed on the top 10 most sold movie sound tracks of all time. The Chicken Run soundtrack is not on these lists.
@@lr- Lol, I'm a doinkus. I didn't pause when the results thing came up. I just saw that Space Jam was at the bottom. Then disregard my thing! Actually, this list I'm looking at is listing some of the stuff where it lists however many million dollars as that many copies, so now I don't know why the game put in the dollar sign. But at least the order of the list is right, according to this other list.
And now I'm watching the rest of the video (I often watch long videos in multiple parts 'cause I get distracted and return to the tab later) and they mentioned Chicken Run being a fake out later. So I'm just all kinds of idiot.
@@WuxianTec 1. That doesn’t fit with what he said, and if he’d only heard of one season it’d probably be the first or last, both of which were considered great by general audiences. 2. All 3 seasons are good. The 2nd is a little weak but was far from trash. And the 3rd was only slightly weaker than the 1st.

The immediate switch between Earth's surface rotation speed at the equator at sea level to LP RPMs made me unnecessarily mad. I don't know how they thought those two were even slightly comparable. Earth is 1 rotation every 1440 minutes or 0.0007 RPM, my dudes...

This game mode is like... slow and more of a co-op thing. Audience participation gets lower when it is not a competitive environment. Audience cannot affect the outcome of this one, just play along at home.
The real gotcha here is that they should have specified rpm and they didn't, so it's ambiguous if they want rotational speed (the speed at which the object's outermost point moves relative to the center) or axial speed, rpm.
@@Golladan yeah in rpm, but in speed the earth is like 1600 km/h, which is way faster than a vinyl. The game should've specified the unit of measurement
