Before I even start the whole video. Canales just said Monday that there would definitely be roster changes coming. Not just Bryce but he’s hell bent on making sure that whoever is on the roster is pulling their weight.

I don't disagree with anything you said... BUT.... cutting someone as a scapegoat can light a fire under the guys. Makes them accountable. Applies some pressure to preform. And it was a small price to pay for an accountability culture. Lets see if it works.
