I have to say, as someone who died laughing at the imposter syndrome joke, I’ve felt the exact same way my whole life with anything. Even when I made it to college baseball, I hadn’t even played varsity high school baseball because of injury, and I was still injured, so I felt like I was just that guy that got in on luck… and now I go to motorsports events after leaving baseball, because injury finally made me call it, hoping to build into this new passion that I’ve found an absolute love for over the last 2 years in it as a guy who has always had the love for driving and see things go fast, but I also feel like I have no idea what I’m looking at or for when i go to a track except for beautiful and fast cars. And 90% of the time, I’m just daydreaming of being in one. And that makes me feel like I don’t truly appreciate it because I haven’t dived into the full history or the little things in motorsports… and that drives my social anxiety THROUGH THE ROOF. But last time I went to cota I had your shirt on, and it was such a friendly reminder the whole time to say fuck it, you’re staying whether your awkward or not because dammit you know you love everything about this, and at the end of the day you’ve proven to me that that’s what matters. To stay in it for the love of Motorsport and the bonds it can build, and most importantly the people it can help you inspire and feel good about the possibilities of life in a world where growing up pretty much means dropping your dreams. And I’ve learned the hard way through the loss of a close friend that I couldn’t give a crap about growing up if I’m not bringing others down in the process because of how short life can be. But you’ve found such a beautiful nurturing way to show it through just enjoying life and making millions of people smile in a time where it’s really hard to, and admitting you’re just a pleb with a passion and a heart full of love like us all showing that if we believe what we’re doing is great, then we should absolutely go for it.

So this is actual Gran Turismo. One garage, lots of insane cars, pick one, drive some laps, hop into the next one. Nice to see. Keep up those kind of videos, they are a joy to watch! On a technical note, I'm not sure if the onboard-cameras were your own or from them, but they were all 60fps, while your out-of-car material was 50fps, like this video itself. As a consequence there are frame skips and therefore wrong frametimes in the onboards. Not terrible, but noticeable. So if they were your own, it might be worth looking into. In my personal opinion, should you have to work with mixed framerates again, I'd go with that of the onboards, since the skipped frames and longer frametimes give a wrong sense of motion. As a result the video runs at 83% of the speed, then skips one frame to catch up. So if you go 200kph, we'd see it as 166kph and for one skip as 333kph, making it seem slower than it actually is. When you're outside the car and talking, the wrong frametimes would be of lesser consequence, I would say.
