This is a good one!! Looked very authentic and homemade in house . I could make a meal just out of the dumplings alone and a bowl of soup. Wonderful dishes ! We will try and fit in while in Vegas come August. Cheers ...
How in the world were you able to try SO MANY dishes. I am from California with a trip to Vegas planned for my birthday in September. I don't know how I can possibly try all of these dishes. It's just so MUCH FOOD! How many people came to eat with you?

I'd say this is my kind of restaurant. Nothing fancy but full of taste and quality at a good price. My favorites looked to be the rice cakes with pork, beef wraps, and basil chicken.

I'm not sure. We want to remain anonymous so we don't get special treatment by the restaurants. But who knows, maybe someday we'll do a special 'reveal' episode, lol.
It just doesn’t look appealing to me. Maybe it tastes better than the food looks. I’m Chinese American. And t`he outer layer of the tea egg peeling off is kind of skeeving me out too. The dumplings look decent.
