I made 2 idiotic decisions when I first played this game. 1. I asked the farmer no questions cause I was freaked out and just let him pass, so I didn't even get to see the last players answers. 2. I played the game a second time so I could actually ask the questions, and I played too soon after and encountered myself from the first playthrough.
This is a very interesting game concept. It would be interesting to see more games like this to experiment on how players react to previous players in various situations.
Yeah. Only you're gonna have the worst possible answers on occasion. Trust me. You can guess how that would go from the free reign in responding. Not that it doesn't make it hillarious, of course.
I played this game and when I asked the guy who happened and why there was moaning he said he fucked a virgin. Then he said the knife was a dildo. I stabbed him.
Hey guys! Sorry about the playback issues, I'm not seeing any problems on my end on both desktop and mobile but RU-vid has been known to have errors soon after a video is uploaded. It could also be a widespread issue with RU-vid's playback today but unfortunately I don't have any control over the more technical side of RU-vid. Check back in an hour or so to see if the problems continues and let me know!
Sadly taken down due to hackers, people using profanity, and some guy creating a script that overloaded the database and ruined it for everyone. Humans always seem to want to test the limits for things, and more often then not, not in a positive way.
It is until people realize it's a multiplayer game and each player chooses the fate of another player. Meaning that the game is a bit ruined since everyone knows what it's about already so people are either trolling or being too nice
@@karmallamah1699 Hackers were targeting the E-mail database, thankfully no E-mails were nagged. But due to the risk of E-mails getting stolen, they had to shut down the servers. The emails were most likely targeted to get scam bots on peoples E-mails.
just so everyone knows, this game is now closed forever. It was closed because of hackers... I found this out while looking for the game so I could give it a try. RIP Moirai
I just did it myself what I did was: Kill the farmer I met in the cave (He had a bad explanation) Did NOT kill the lady What I said was: Why are you bloody? -> I tripped and fell on a knife, I am injured badly. Why do you have a knife? -> When I tore the knife out of my body I kept it with me Why did I hear moans? -> It was me when I tripped and hurt myself.
I got my results you guys: As you left the cave you were confronted by a farmer called devon. They asked you three questions. The first question that was asked was: Why do you have blood on your overalls? To which you responded: I tripped and fell on a knife, I am injured badly. The second question that was asked was: Why do you have a knife? To which you responded: I tore it out of my stomache when I fell, so I decided to keep it. The third question that was asked was: I heard moans, what have you done? To which you responded: It was me, I was moaning from the pain and decided to head back home. After hearing your answers devon decided to let you pass. This was quite a foolish act considering that you were covered in blood from the killing of the previous farmer, v. And that draws an end to your involvement in this story. Thank you for playing.
I answered some creepy stuff, strange stuff, and genuine stuff, all so a player could be confused. Ive played the game through 2 times. Here are all of my responses, why are you bloody?- Im so sorry Why do you have a knife?- It has to be done I heard moans?- Just hold still, it will be quick Why are you bloody?- You will know the answer to that question in time. Why do you have a knife-It was given to me. I heard moans.-There is great sadness past me. That is all I can say
My answers: Why do you have blood on your overalls? -There is a woman giving birth at the end of the cave, im going to get help. Why do you have a knife? -I was given it to protect myself, but i used t to cut the umbilical cord from the baby I heard moaning, what have you done? -A lady was giving birth
I don't understand why you would even need to lie? You're looking for help, so simply ask the person for help, tell them to go see her, and they will trust you because you are not avoiding the subject
Because the next player to play the game chooses YOUR fate and thats a fucking awesome add that i was waiting for a long time to be added to any game :)
So a farmer asks: 1.) Why are you bloody? 2.) Why do you have a knife? 3.) I heard moans what happened? My responses: 1.) I tripped and fell on some sharp rocks. 2.) For protection against any wild animals that roam this cave. 3.) Sorry, I didn't have any toilet paper and had to use a pinecone. What would be your responses?
Q: Why are you bloody? A: A woman spurted it at me. Q: Why do you have a knife? A: A man gave it to me. Q: I heard moans, what have you done? A: There was a bleeding woman, I’m getting help.
What makes me concerned is that when it came time to create an answer to the 3rd question, you answered with a pinecone in mind. And as a thing you would use "reluctantly"(what I hope you were implying by your answer, i think -_-') whilst painful noises, and what is implied from the farmer's question, is the source where they're hearing all these moans coming from afar. I mean you do you sir or ma'am but I don't wanna be involved in whatever pinecone fiascos or adventures you may/may not have had before writing this answer down in stone.
+Stefano “Urius” Crispi They do send an email after a couple days telling you your fate though. Might want to play the game and try it for yourself before splurting bullshit about it on the internet.
Guys, a RU-vidr can play a game that's been out for awhile. It's not like there's some rule saying you can only play a game directly after it comes out. If he didn't know about the beta, he didn't know. No reason to turn into hipster-haters.
+Team Turnabout Really? I'm honestly not sure. People's memories get fuzzy over time. If there was solid proof and not some people saying so then I'd believe it.
I upload a video about this befor markiplier did and I think it's may have bumped into him idk this game was confusing and my farmer died sadly but doesn't matter not like it would have kept going anyways
It's truly sad to think some douchwad of a game developer got this game taken down. Then had the BALLS to ask the developer of Moirai to play his game. This was a unique experience, I appreciated this game.
@@based980 Some guy made a script that overloaded the games servers, causing the creator to remove it from all platforms it was on. Said guy then emailed the creator bragging about it, and asking the creator to play his game. Or, at least, that's how the story goes.
And many years later, I stumble across this video. I played the game when it came out, but I completely forgot about the email part... which now I have been reminded. I just checked my email to see if I could find it, and after a little digging, I did. An email labeled Moirai - Epilogue. I got killed by someone named Jeff. Good night.
I don't even know if they actually send you an email address. They probably just sold his email address to big companies that are now advertising to him.
@@TheSoCalledZoner1 From what I remember someone got into the email the game used and stole a whole bunch of addresses for spamming purposes. As a result the game had to be shut down since it's primary gimmick was compromised.
+MurderAssassin it's not just this game, Gloom played the foot washing game and Vee is calling a few days before mark did (even though my comment was a joke)
God this comments section confuses me. All people are doing is arguing over whether or not he's played this game. Here's the thing though, I'm one of the rare few that's been with him since he had, I don't know, maybe around 500 subscribers. You know, before he became a RU-vid sensation. But here's the thing about that: It's been so long that I can't remember a video like this having come up before. There's been other games like Hide and Calm Time, but I don't remember seeing this. On the other hand, it has been a LONG time. I may very well have just forgotten the game. Either way, the time frame people are giving for him having played this game was at a point where this game was in a demo state and wasn't representative of its current form. For people to argue vehemently that he's already played this is outright childish. Suppose he did? So what. I'm no Marki-dick-sucker but I know how many games he's played and I wouldn't be surprised if he'd forgotten about it. And once again, the form he's played isn't even the same as the one he supposedly did play, so what the fuck does it matter. Edit: Oh, and let's not forget the fact that right now this game is EXPLODING. I originally saw this game on Harshly Critical's channel and wanted to see how Mark would react and nothing more. And this video that supposedly existed CONVENIENTLY doesn't exist anymore? Right. Just wanted to further stress the bullshit taking place here.
Levicus101 Gaming Presentable Liberties is super good. It has a smaller "sequel" to it. Can't remember the name, but Mark played it too. I think it started with "Exploitable"?
I think it would be the same thing, that he gets blood on him and when he tries to leave he's still confronted by the other player. But I'm not sure I haven't played this game
When you meet the woman, you chose to either spare or kill her right? If you spare her, she spits blood on you, which gets blood on your overalls. If you kill her, you get blood on your overalls, either way, you get blood on your overalls (and knife.) I mean yes, its different in the sense that you killed her (or didn't) but in the end, you meet a farmer (who was just like you) who asks you 3 questions, then will decide your fate
The art style of this game reminds me a lot of the horror game Mark played a long time ago called Calm Time, it's one of my favorites to go back and watch.
I'm conflicted about this. On the one hand, I'm so so so glad people know about this now, because it ensures the game lives on. On the other hand, I'm upset that so many people know about it because now you're getting people that aren't taking it seriously. Though, sometimes you get fun answers like what Mark got, with "How to finish this game?" that make things more confusing. Or, you can get answers like the things people are posting in the comments that take you out of the experience completely.
You find a lady in a mine, she says "help i'm in so much pain" then reveals she tried to end her own life. She then proceeds to tell you a whole story out of nowhere, like, if you had enough energy to tell me that whole story without me asking what is keeping you from ending your own life? At the point where she just started rambling I lost the ability to take it seriously.
Billy Russom if she doesn't have the ability to end her own life why is she in a near death state AND can tell you everything (without you even asking)? Not only that she can fling blood across a wide room. Why no just bash your skull with a rock? You're in a damn mine, do you know how easy it is to die in a mine? Anyone with common sense would have trouble taking this seriously, really.
actually RU-vid automatically put Minecraft as the game because of the Pixel texture. Apparently all games with apparent pixelated graphics are now and forever known as minecraft to RU-vid
I don't exactly see how "stealing" email addresses is a way to make money unless it was on some sort of highly convoluted and industrial scale, which I highly doubt the developers of this game could do. This game already existed on gamejolt for 3 years prior and there's been no suspicious reports of any sort. This game would be taken off steam immediately if any suspicious action was done using the emails users provided anyway.
