I love it when God uses people to do his work through praise & worship. The spirit of God is soo powerful & I believe the worst of sinners can be saved, if they will only call on His name.

I wrote I Can't Even Walk Without Holding Your Hand in April of 1973. About a month earlier I was seriously injured and had total amnesia. I had to reconstruct my entire life at that time. I gave the copyright to Fred Doerge but I was upset he changed the wording of the chorus. I wrote The mountain's too high and the Valley's too DARK. Even though the injury occurred as the result of domestic violence I was still determined to serve God.

We knew when he was on The Voice that he was special! We got to see him in concert in Orlando after he won and was blown away. Meeting him and praying for him after the show was a moment we will never forget. He is absolutely anointed and I am thrilled that Bill brought him under his wing! This was my dad's favorite song. He andi practiced it and he wanted to sing it in church with me accompanying him on piano. It never seemed to pan out for us and he passed away but I did don't and play it at his memorial service in his honor. Such a beautiful song and Chris Blue does it right!
