It's good to know about helping you keep your revenue, and I definitely watch your video to the end. I often shake that foot, sometimes because of Fibromyalgia pain or spinal nerve pain shooting down the leg to the toes. I used to about maybe 3 or 4 times out of a week of sleep. I am a leg rocker it’s something about that leg moving and I can get some good sleep. Yes ma’am exercising or just walking really does help mentally and physically. I am on a healthy weight loss journey and it’s the smallest thing that I get a victory over.

Oh my goodness, thank you so much for sharing this gorgeous country!! Been through Canada a couple of times, but never really stopped. We were on the way to Buffalo New York. Got a bit turned around, saw some of OUR people, stopped to ask about the direction to the highway ( this was pre-cellphones and GPS etc.). Even the road map couldn’t help us much at the time. Thank God for technology huh? Love watching you on your journey Tiffany. May your angels always guide you and protect you and keep you safe at all times. Angels, as in gut instincts 😉, which almost always are right. Traveling mercies.
