It’s unforgivable how little notoriety this song gets/got. I listen to it frequently. I can only imagine what it would have been like to see her sing it live somehow.

Jen is not for everybody. She is for individuals who know and understand music with dept. I have given up on arguing that she is a rare breed, one that falls from the garden that birthed the likes of Whitney, Patty, Gladys, Aretha, Regina... she is a flaming fire.

It is unbelievable how underrated JHud is. Amazing voice and an amazing song.

I must have watched this clip a gajillion times, but only now realized that part of the stage she was standing on lifted her up and forward during the crescendo part of the song and gently lowered her back down at the end!! 🤯

Love the high Eb5’s and the high F5 at 02:37. Jennifer loves hitting and sustaining those dominant tones in the scale. Always loved her when she does that!

Her voice is getting golden, crispy and fine like a wine. Her tone in this music really shows how talented she is, powerful her voice is and how beautiful and refine her tone is getting as I am aging.

Jennifer's vocals are brilliant. Listen to the way she seamlessly transitioned from fierce to angelic 3:03 to 3:12.

SMASH. it was a TV show that ran maybe 2 seasons before getting cancelled. Jeremy Jordan & Katherine McPhee were weekly characters - lots of top notch singing. Kinda like GLEE done with a Broadway setting.
