1 tablespoon of lemon juice (15ml).
creamy layer :
3 eggs .
2 egg yolks.
~ 1/4 cup of sugar (60g).
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
~ 1 and 1/2 cup of milk (350ml).
cake layer:
2 eggs.
1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice.
~ 1/4 cup of sugar (45-50g)
6 tablespoons of cake flour (50g).
2 teaspoons of milk (10ml)
2 teaspoons of vegetable oil (10ml).

100 grams of sifted cake flour can be subbed with 85 grams sifted all-purpose flour plus 15 grams cornstarch , then sift all at least twice .
