Hey Ali, thanks. The heat is definitely dangerous, we've been having daily heat warnings. I've been limiting my time outside but had to get out for the figs. Thanks, enjoy your evening.
Hey TNOG, thanks so much, you did the airlay, got it going and gifted it to me. I'll call her Lil-Pheona...LOL. Always a blessing to me and our community. Enjoy your evening.
Hey @CustomCroshae, thanks so much. The Analyst in me is always thinking about how to make some work in the garden. I love trying new things. Enjoy your evening.
Hi Ursula! Your Berry Lane looks like my Berry Lane. However, I'm a little confused with my black mission fig. I purchased my fig last year. It's grown nicely, but no sightings of a fig, not one.😢 You received your fig tree early this year and now have figs at the top and the bottom. Congratulations 😊 Thanks for sharing!😊
Hey Elwanda, thanks so much, we twinning with our berry bushes. I was totally surprised to be seeing figs this year since this plant was just airlay earlier this year. I don't know much about black mission figs other than they get big and tasty. Two channels I know of with a Black Mission plant is The New Orleans Gardener and Lead Farmer 73. I did hear the New Orleans Gardener mention her tree was nice and lush but also didn't have figs. Not sure when they produce. I hope this helps, maybe one of them can give you an idea of when that fig come in.
