People usually are aware of the secret packs that have specific archetypes that they don’t know about certain ones like true draco although counter fairies have a pack.
“Fallen Sanctuary” I believe that’s its name, is a continuous trap that on activation searches a card with “Sanctuary in the Sky” in its text, and also it is treated as “Sanctuary in the Sky” so it can search Divine Punishment and make it always live. I’ve seen some people running it during Anti-Spell Festival and it’s so much better than using the OG Sanctuary, but it’s also way better than Sanctum of Parshath
Sanctum of Parshath equally useful because save the other traps and magic, and give 300 to fairy monster. It also can shuffle counter trap and fairy monster from the GY to the Deck
@@ckcsheridan736 I mean, it’s not bad, it protects your set counter traps, boosts fairies and recycles counter traps and fairies from the grave. But it’s a continuous spell that doesn’t do anything on its own, while the continuous trap sets an Omni-negate all by itself. Also, fallen sanctuary also can imperm an opponent’s monster by banishing a fairy from the GY.
@@muelesariocontra Yeah, but under typical circumstances, you'd want your faries in grave to stay on field (save for the n'tss you may send off punishment)
@@halodragonmaster you’re confusing Divine Punishment with Dogmatika Punishment. The first one is a counter trap that can negate spell traps and monsters with no cost, only the requirement of having Sanctuary in the Sky on the field
I tried this a few years ago and ran Barrier Statue of the Heavens as a target for Ties of the Brethren, along side Condemned Witch that can summon it during the Opponent's turn. You can protect the statue pretty well with Honest and Counter Traps and Forbidden quick play spells.
This is the way. My CF deck uses barrier statue. My ideal is to draw any 4 star and ties. It gets me a barrier statue to lock out special summons for many popular decks and honest to battle protect plus either Minerva or bountiful for draws/destruction. The other change is 2 of arch-knight in the main deck. Arch-knight plus sanctum is a 3100 attack monster that deals piercing and adds a counter trap if it kills. Basically ensures I always have a negate on field
Doing nothing, only attack with beaters: The counter to the counter deck... Expected opponent to pop Impact, that would show those any non-believer that Graydle package is solid (...)
Counter Faries were my favorite back in the day (pre-5D's). I loved the idea of always having an answer to what my opponents did. One monkey's paw later and flash forward to the present were a board full of negates is par for the course.
The level of editing in this video is superb. I don't understand the Garydle crash mechanic. Do another video. Just press Fast forward, we can slow down to 0.5 on youtube. Cheers!
@@Jyxero he likes cards that have a huge cost, but broken effects. tributing all your engine for destroying a couple of monsters is terrible, in a tearlament format is even worse
Yes, they get furious when you negate DPE with Rebirth of Parsath, and even more if you negate Fusion Destony with Seal of the Forbidden spell... Instead of Honest use Protecting Spirit Loagaeth, wich lingers protection from Battle and destruction to another monster, and has a Non targeting Banish in your turn; or use Trias Hierarchia to avoid losing everything in the field from a Dark Hole or even to prevent all damage from a Lightning Storm
Or even more, use Kurikara Divincarnate to defend from Tear or others decks that use a lot of effects during your own turn. P.S. Always bring the link parshath with the counter, but if you want a good body in field, use the Sacred Arch - Airknight Parshath, I tested a lot the syncho, is not good enough...
