Exactly I watched the movie in complete shock bc the real mafia would NEVER be so careless and sloppy with their work

And I would have enjoyed that movie. Instead, I killed about 1.5 hours of my life. I didn't bother watching the rest of it.

Just like the mafia boss. The entire third act was unnecessary. Nobody rooted for Rosamund Pike's character. But yeah, at least she died. I'd much prefer if it was slow and painful.

I agree that she is great actress but the movie wasn't really good....

this movie was more of a visual aesthetic in my opinion. the dialogues and the script could've been more elaborate, but the scenery and random explanatory shots kinda make up for it. PLUS the cast is all amazing and I'm just so happy that b*tch died...I even read about what the ending would be and only the fact that she dies after all helped me put up with her but still - oof

The song "Blood On The Motorway" is quite ominous in the movie given her fate.

May be we can say that is a poetic and symbolic ending because of the lights, the music of the credits and the final words of Marla, adding her tragic death by the shoot.

She thought she was unstoppable, yet her life was snuffed out so easily. Proving that karma will come, even if a little too late.

And often people who has the capability to do what the main character do in this movie are people who exposed to pain, losses and misery most of their life. They sort of develop this entitlement to do bad things as their defense and survival mechanism. Too many people set themselves up for defeat to acknowledge the destructive side of their being, utilizing various psychological defense mechanisms. And when I said this movie is great because I see it as a reminder to us that all of those people like Marla outthere exist and it’s our responsibility to ourselves not falling into their game and not to become like them. And my other opinion is before you claim someone or something wrong you might want to think twice is your argument have a fundamental fact or observation to it or just simply want to take down your opponent, if the latter is the case I suggest you to take a look deep within yourself why you’re so triggered to the subject you are against to and manifest certain behavior towards it. #justsaying
