VIP Shroomy! Everyone was star struck when you turned up 👌. My only comment for the tank is they need to make it a little more homely for Sydney fisherman, you know add a few car tyres, engine parts, shopping trolleys, plastic bags. 😂

I went there today, anaconda done a great job setting up the space There was a long queue add the fishing simulator But I’m sure I’ll go another time there and give it a go

That's right Patrick, I think they said it a few times but I couldn't quite catch it with all the filming and stuff and I kinda went as hard as I thought the line could manage from the thickness I was feeling. It was fun

Mate the albright knot is the only one I use ! Never fails me . Everytime im snagged the leader breaks at the hook ! I always have my leader attached . 👌🎣✔

Haha David, yep, I still use the albright but sparingly so I can't say I don't rely on it. It's very strong and the quickest to tie for me!

@@ShroomFishing I love it mate . And the knot I use for the hook is a simple , but strong knot , that allows the leader to snap at its point , rather than stress the Albright . We all have our favourites mate ! As long as we are happy with the ones we use . 🎣👍✔

Thanks a lot Alf, those barra weren't the easiest to trigger from what I saw. Lot of casts and sometimes they go on a short bite period. I was so glad I got them to bite for a short bit and I left them biting!

Thanks John! I was really happy with this vlog because it was mostly dependent on my own commentary, filming etc without much fishing or GoPro footage to supplement. A great place and when you go there, definitely have a go or two on the simulator!

Another great video. Lucky bugger getting in when it's quiet. Will be hectic there for a few months I think. I might make a weekend trip to go there and head out to the Georges River or Botany Bay for a kayak fish as well.

THanks and that's true. I'm using an old Samsung S6 Edge to film this! My Sony camera broke and I sent it in for repairs this week AND to boot, my phone broke a week ago hence the old phone. This was the best equipment I could muster :(

Lucas, I believe they do work. Some better than others and some not at all (deterrent). They won't catch the fish for you, but look at it like a small boost to your chances. You'll catch many fish without any scent at all

Haha Jorre! It was good to load into them when they bit down on the lure. You can see it's a bit of stalemate the second they swallow it as that's when my rod is starting to load on! 😎👍
