Good fun. Very relaxed competition rules . Those Frenchies fishing while the Brits were still snoozing . Good to see you taking advantage of every minute of fishing time and some good hard fighting bass too
If youre still in France. I recommend having a go at catching some of their catfish. You might need to upscale or borrow some equipment though but I promise that you'll have an extremely good time!
@@adventurefishinguk As long as it is not a torrential downpour, in my experience the rain gets bass going. I think they know it causes food to be washed in the water from the banks, or can disturb what is hiding on the edge of the banks. A similar concept to trout getting very lethargic with warm water temps. The rain cools the water off and causes the bass to go into feeding mode. They push shallow to feed when they feel the water cooling off. I’m sure there is more to it than that, but that’s what I’ve noticed!
It certainly was! Do you know any good places for bass fishing near you? Perhaps anywhere private, or with an exciting storyline that would make for a good youtube video?
Brilliant video would love to catch one of them bass i wonder if they will ever come in to Ireland or England all doe i think one was got on the Shannon river in Athlone here, thanks again
Been tubing once on a lake in Canada, snow falling , otters swimming . Freezing cold and feeling very odd to be flippering around catching Canadian trout on the fly . All fun tho
Hi great video as usual , I was thinking about getting one of your rigged and ready fishing rods to take on holidays with me one to fit inside my suit case what would you recommend pls
Hi Mark, I’d strongly recommend the X5 combination with reels available on my website www.adventurefishinguk.com it’s the most versatile and very compact 👍
The Rigged and Ready X5 adventure is my recommendation, it comes with different tips. One is perfect for perch, and the shorter one works well for pike 👍
