Hope you all enjoy this first episode of Move More. I accidentally uploaded this video yesterday whilst it was still processing, hence why some of you report receiving a ghost notification. Apologies for the confusion!
Luca Santangelo, a friend of mine is doing something very similar But he has a group that he Walks 🚶♂️around with 'Walk Off Your Depression' Or some other similar thing as such
At the start of 2021 i challenged myself to workout every day and since then Results been amazing , Keep pushing for your goals you will reach them one day
Going to do this for the whole of august and see how I feel about it. I’m going to force myself to workout and run 15 miles a week as a beginner. Then I’m going to try to continue for the rest of the year and for the whole of 2022 and take one weekly photo to see the results. Hopefully I can start gym soon and I’ll begin doing that too
The best way to get rid of shin splints is strengthen the muscle on the outside of your tibs. Getting someone to get on their knees and put their hands on your toes so you can try to lift them up for about 10 Reps is a great exercise. Or just walking on your heels for a few meters and back.
Genuine suggestion as a follower, spend 30mins for post running stretching, and don't directly stop after the run, take a walk for 400 meters (May be you already know this🙂😇)
Hey Luca, great achievement! It’s not easy, keep up the great work. Not sure if you’ve heard of runr’s miles for mind? They carry out a series of virtual races with the view of raising money for Mind and gets people talking about mental health - well worth checking out if you’re interested (you even get a fancy medal at the end of the event)
I used to be a regular runner and clocked 19:40 for 5k in April 2019. Stopped for two years due to personal reasons, then COVID broke out. I went through clinical depression, started running again on 25 June 2021, and clocked 40:28 for 5k. I was disappointed and shocked after putting up those numbers :D. Come one month later on July 25 2021 and I clocked 25:33 for 5k. 15-minute jump! Chasing that 20-minute mark once again! Running is the best form of meditation that I have known. Hey, share your Nike Run Club ID if you use it. An awesome journey there, bro! Much inspired.
Shin splints are the worst. I get it from working out at home depending on what I'm doing and it's so painful. I think I'm going to give the couch to 5k app a go and see how that goes. This video has really motivated me to get out there and start.
I saw you initially and judged you. I thought oh how gen z ..the hair ..the earring .. but I finished the video and really feel great for you. I've been running since my dad died in 2017 and its changed my life. Well done on the marathon. Keep smashing it 💪
Hi Luca! Wondering if you're going to make a video about how managing long hair when you have an active lifestyle. For example I also have long hair and I've been running everyday for the past two weeks, and I actually don't know what to do with my hair after running. I usually just rinse it, because I don't want to shampoo every day, but it remains greasy afterwards. So I wanted to ask if I should shampoo everytime I go running, or it'll ruin my hair. Great video btw!
I ran 24 kms in 1 hr 59 minutes that's my longest run , latley I've slacked a bit , I started running at start of 2020 was 88 kgs dropped to 65kgs now I'm 72 kgs, currently.......running is amazing ,you have to be consistent to keep seeing results, it also disciplines you and makes you a true man ❤️🙏
I really like this type of content! I truly believe you are a content creator who can entertain audiences in so many different ways. I was personally inspired by this video to go back to running / walking outdoors. keep it up !n
Started my daily 5k. On day 10 but have now been having strains on both my inner ankles. Right ankle 2 days ago, then both ankles yesterday. Taking it easy until tomorrow.
The first few weeks as your body adjusts are the worst - definitely take it easier for the next few days. You could even walk and run in intervals to complete the 5K. Best of luck!
Hello Luca! I saw your video challenge of run 5k every day, how did you manage the hair wash? Because i want to start the challenge too but i know washing hair every day is bad
This video gave me more motivation to keep on running. Thanks Luca it means a lot. Btw what’s the music you used at the beginning of the video after you said welcome to episode 1 of move more?
Could you make a video about what inspired you to reintroduce animal products into your diet? I think that it would make a very interesting video, especially since you're into fitness.
Wow the dedication 😱 be careful try not to run on concrete everyday my teacher used to be a freak athlete and ran everyday for decades but blew out his knees in his late 50s, try running on the beach if u can
Hey man quick question, in your other videos you talk about using a hair cream, my question is do you wash it out or do you leave it in? Like for example say on Monday you wash your hair then use some products then you wash again on Tuesday? Or so do you just leave it in and reapply the next day? Obviously you wash your hair at some point and that’s different for everyone some people wash their hair every two days, but what I’m asking is after using the hair cream do you wash it the next day or just add onto it? My question is clear in my head but trying to type it out is a little harder so I do apologize if it’s not clear.
Hey Luca! I’ve been asking this for awhile now but what’s the length difference between the hair on the side of your head compared to the top? Is it 6 inches different?
I have a kind of big forehead and I like my side long, like all my hair equal, so is there a style for a big forehead and same length of hair all around Plss answer
I grew out my hair and haven't ran since covid started. I also love running but I can't seem to run without having my hair (usually in a bun) constantly tugging. I feel as if the pulling is making me bald in my front. How do you tie or wear while running.
It has to be long enough so that your bun is loose and doesn’t tug. If you’re running mabye also try with ur hair untied because it will be blown away from your face and wont bother you much.
@@v.v1748 Yeah DO NOT put your hair in a tight bun or you will start pulling hairs out. I run alot and when I was going through that stage I used a headband and would tuck my hair behind it.
Nice but if you run everyday you will burn more calories and it's probably gonna make any body loose weight, it's good for someone who wants this but in my case with my 66 kg that i struggle to maintain it's going to be hard for my body to keep the kilograms xD
