It's really all the careful planning that made this special. I hope he sees this but it's because of how early on he valued his guys by bringing Lavar and Nelson along everywhere. It's about how even back in Chicago he got the kids uber black to the event. Setting up the airbnbs for all the guys, getting rooms in the hotels, reserving buses and sprints You treated your guys well and this is turning out better than anyone could have ever expected.
