Hmm I've never seen that error before. Usually I get an error because I forget to select the timeline window before loading the script. That's on line 14. Line 28 is just setting "var currentTime = 0;"
I know you worked hard on this video but the thumbnail and the title are so bad that I wasn’t gonna watch it even though I’m subscribed. You should work on your presentation more.
@@DataTime27 The Title could be something like-How I trained My machine to read out my video(sort of) OR RU-vid auto subtitles suck...Here's How I made it better... And for the thumbnail... The thumbnail straight up told me that you were going to incorporate JS in After effects... This disinterests the audience who think video editing is boring or a manual task of endless hours...or who aren't interested in the programming stuff... And even if someone is into it..The thumbnail straight up gives them the answer..So they further lose interest to click on the video... You could even do something like Kurzgesagt did in their 'Can YOU Fix Climate Change' video.. The thumbnail just read NO*...with an asterisk... And That, for a viewer poses a doubt of how can such a complex question be answered in just one word,and thus they click...
Yeah, since this is sort of a bonus video and not a "regular data time video" I'm ok with it targeting viewers with video editing preferences. My hope is that this video will target people who are searching on RU-vid for after effects tutorials (I didn't find anyone else on RU-vid demonstrating my captioning solution). I may change the thumbnail, but honestly subtitles don't really translate well to thumbnails. My next video will be back to bantering twins talking about the California drought.
