Ingredients & Process:
2 Bananas
Cut Into Pieces
2 Eggs
Mash The Banana
Mix Well
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tspn Vanilla Essence
Mix Well
1 Cup Flour
1 Tspn Baking Powder
½ Cup Milk
Mix Well
Grease Oil In a Pan
Remove The Excess
1 Tbsp Batter
Cook For 1 Min. In Low Flame
Flip
Cook For 30 Sec.

I don't like them but that's because I forgot to add sugar, but they taste like a sweet omelette, which is not the taste I like. Omelette is savoury, not sweet. yuk
