I know I'm 7 years late but The dark haired Alien is a cop on his planet and is after the white haired alien who is a drug dealer criminal from the same planet. The Alien Cop is trying to prevent the Alien dealer from killing humans which he is using to harvest drugs from their brain which is the #1 illegal drug where they r from. As the Alien Cop states later, if the criminal returns then more bad aliens will come to Earth and basically wipe out humanity in order to get the drug cheaply. If u watch the movie and see how hard it is to stop just one of those guys and how strong they are, imagine hundreds, if not thousands of them
