You guys need to learn the cone/crashpad trick for movement, at 21:00 you could manage the sprint if you placed a cone, opened it and threw the crashpad deep in the outer edge of it, closing the cone again your sprint would go over the cone and hit the crashpad from above so you'd not stutter hitting the crashpad side.
