At our card club a member showed us how to blend a colored background with three shades of a color (like all blue or green) and then stamp the stamp scapes in black. They were beautiful.

Love your journal! Nice sewing machine! I had the same problem with my thread bunching up and found a YT video that showed how to tighten the tension on the bobbin. It fixed it, but it’s not perfect. I think I need a new one since it’s over 20 years old. lol Great stamp haul! tfs 😍

Great job with the sewing machine. I know how to sew. My Mom taught me when I was a kid. My Mom had three machines when she sold her house. Why I didn’t take one, I have no idea. I think you did a good job with the stamps. They are adorable. One of my vintage wooden stamps that is still useable, is starting to crack in the middle. How can I stop it? Tfs 😊
