Amen! Impact means everything compared quantity. Chuck, you know I watch each of your video because I always try to comment. I watch as entertainment because I no longer farm as I am nearing 80. I started watching your pig videos back on your former farm and now live vicariously through your life on the new farm. I get much better entertainment from you than from a television. I do not watch a whole lot of RU-vid channels but never miss yours. Does it change my eternal destiny, of course not, but it does add joy to my days here on earth. I appreciate your honesty, your kindness to humanity, your business savvy, your practicality and your creativity among many other things. Don't keep up the RU-vid channel for me but only if it returns true value to you. It is not worth your time otherwise. I am struggling right now with diabetes issues and I lost my oilfield job and I’m making 1/4 the money!! I get depressed and down trying to figure out how I am going to pay my everyday bills, then you post another video and Facebook videos, then YALL lift my spirits!! Thank you, Chuck for all the videos. The first ones I watched were of Saundra chasing baby pigs in the 16ft by 16ft catch pen, because you know those panels are 16 ft. I laughed so hard and it really brightened my day. I live in town, but I do have chickens and rabbits. I have often dreamed of having baby pigs in the backyard, but until then, I can watch y'all chasing them pigs.

Wonderful comments today. As a teacher for over 40 years, I often wondered if I was making a difference in the lives of my students. My goal was just not to teach content, but to share small life lessons along the way. Since retiring, I sometimes hear from former students telling me the impact that I had on their lives. Makes it all worthwhile. So, I understand why you may sometimes feel that what you do does not make a difference. Last night, after not seeing a video recently, I searched to find you. This, made me realize how much I enjoy and look forward to your content. Keep up the good work and know that you are making a difference for many people. Thanks.

I look forward to see what you and your wife are doing. We had a cattle operation back in the 80s. We ended up leaving it and moved to the city. We live on 9 acres for 30 years and raise rabbits and chickens.

Hello I watch your videos whenever they come out my husband and I bought a small farm last year with my oldest daughter and her granddaughter we started with horses 20 years ago boarding and the like and when this farm came available we bought it we now have a few cattle,goats and chickens we love the hard work we are slowing down since we are in our 70s but we keep going and your videos inspire me to get up and go thanks

We are new homesteaders/farmers. We habitually watch a few RU-vid videos in the evenings to try to make any improvements we can with any new ideas on farming and animal husbandry.. one of my absolute favorite hacks came from you! I noticed you used an extension cord reel for some electric wire. We have adopted your idea into our pasture moves, and those extension cords reels really make smaller paddocks a breeze and more efficient with our time vs only using the huge geared reels and complicated routing. Now everyday we move the cows, I’m reminded of your hack and am thankful for your farm and videos. Thanks for sharing your knowledge! You and your wife are most appreciated!!

Thanks for this we're in our 3rd season I believe of try to be less dependent on the big grocery stores but I believe we have burnt out especially my husband due to having a young son and not able to go on vacations etc we are seriously thinking of taking a break until we're in our own home on our own land

Im not a farmer by any means, but it's impotent to see the things you do and your insights. You've inspired me and my family to raise our own chickens for meat and continously reinforce our conviction of buying local for our food. I look forward to your videos and even watch them from time to time with my 6yo and 8yo kids. Please keep doing what you are doing.

Another creator mentioned the view numbers were down. She found that a change on RU-vid made it so you have to hunt for your favorite channels. I used to see ALL my favorites in my home feed. Now only 2-3 are there. I often have to hunt for you in my subscription list. I may not have this 100% correct…but you get my understanding. And shout out to Jimmy and Willy in Oklahoma!

Was raised by adoptive parents on a 450 acre working farm without ANYTHING modern in the 1940s and 1950s. Raised beef cattle and sold eggs, milk and butter churned old fashioned way. Hard work from sunup to after sundown. Chuck you and your wife keep up the very much good work. I appreciate you guys. Been there and wish I still could do farm work. I'm a lady in my 80s. It's summer and I'm runnin' around going to festivals, traveling, and visiting friends and relatives in other states, so my viewing has been nil the last several weeks.
