I cook delicious yeast dough for pies and fry pies with egg and green onions in a frying pan. To prepare the dough, 20 grams of fresh yeast or 7 grams of dry, I pour 350 grams of warm water, add one and a half teaspoons of sugar, 1 egg and stir everything a little. I add 600 grams of sifted flour and begin to knead the dough. I do not introduce the flour all at once, but add it in parts gradually kneading the dough. I add half a teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of odorless vegetable oil. Finally knead the dough, put it in a bowl greased with vegetable oil, cover with a towel and leave at room temperature for one and a half to two hours. The dough should increase in volume three times. While the dough is melting, I'm preparing the filling. For the filling, you need to boil 7 eggs and cook 300 grams of green onions. Finely chop the onion and eggs and mix in a bowl. Add salt to taste and 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
We make pies and fry them in a frying pan in hot vegetable oil. We do not roll the pies in flour so that the flour does not burn in oil during frying.
