I cook this dinner 3 times a week. Not boring at all! Chicken fillet with vegetables in pita bread is ideal for watching a movie or series. Healthy and tasty dinner made from simple ingredients. This dish is similar to shawarma or kebab.

To cook kebab or shawarma:
Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
Lavash - 2 pcs.
Tomato - 1 pc.
Cucumber - 1 pc.
Onion - 1 small onion
Cabbage - 100 g
Parsley - a small bunch
Sour cream or yogurt - 100 g
Ketchup or tomato sauce - 100 g
Mustard - 1 tsp (taste)
Garlic - 1-2 cloves
Salt, ground black pepper - to taste
1. Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise. Salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.
3. Mix sour cream, ketchup, mustard, garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Finely chop a small onion. Cut the tomato and cucumber into cubes. Finely chop the cabbage and parsley. Mix all the vegetables and season with a little salt.
5. Lubricate pita bread with sauce. Put the chopped chicken fillet, grease the meat with sauce. Lay out the vegetables. Wrap pita bread.
6. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
