At max runes the 3 should apply burn like da ji 1 imo. Maybe a small % stacking slow too like 5% per brutalize hit. That way he has flex potential as a jungler/solo with the additional burn damage and also potential as a support with the slow

So why would Chaac not rush breastplate and go double defence here? Is it not the most sensible thing to do? He has 2 assassins to deal with in solo and jungle. Not sure what the complaint was about but in case I am missing something, what should he have been going?
