i think that promoting otero is a smart idea because i think he will grow very good in his overall in just 2-3 seasons

PCQ: If a Winger was needed later in the series, Kvaratskhelia could be a good one. He's 21 and he has been amazing at the start of the season, he's 74 rated, but putting him on a development plan will make his rating boost

PCQ: Converting your forwards to CF gives them nice growth, you can always change them back when you’re ready. Players like Torres, Fati and the academy player might/will have great growth if you convert them to CF. I’m sure the 27 weeks to convert Torres to ST will be way less if you try CF.

PCQ: Adjust your tactics as your team is too dormant at times. With instructions for your wingers and fullbacks to stay inverted giving you more solidity while going forward (Pep does it with Mancity). Set your defensive style to pressure under heavy touch. Keep width around 40-50, depth 65-70 in defense ( This makes your team narrow and decent high line while defending). Keep Slow build-up, and possession. Players in the box around 7/10. This is the Tiki-Taka way. Keep one of your CBs on aggressive interceptions, and CDM as stay back or Deep Lying Playmaker.

PCQ: You should use the loan feature which was OP in previous fifa’s. You could loan out Ferran Torres so you can maximise his growth and Fati’s

Otero from the youth academy looks much more like a winger, he has great dribbling and pace alongside the great crossing and curve that he can use to shoot when cutting inside. The winger position is full at the moment so I'm not saying that you should play Otero winger, I just think that he would make a great one.
