Sleep...the most difficult lazy task ever. Today I'm sharing with you a little trick I use to help me fall asleep, hopefully it can help you, if it doesn't...pls don't be mad
and maybe see a doctor

Sooo..the background skipping.. BASICALLY due to weirdness like files looking totally fine one minute and being messed up the next, and deleting stuff that I probably should have waited a bit longer before deleting...there's some errors with the background in this video! yaaay.. but lip sync is back so that makes up for it, right? In all seriousness, it'll be fixed in the next one, so thanks for putting up with it through this one

For some reason, none of these problems affect me but for some reason, whenever i close my eyes when im in bed, they HURT! They dont hurt too much but whenever i close my eyes during the day, NOTHING! Maybe its just the Karma from getting 5 PUBG wins kicking in but idk. Oh wow, I didn't know that Chip hates hearing all of the noises when trying to sleep. I mean, that makes sense and I should've seen that coming. But for me, I hate the sound of absolute silence. It makes this annoying ringing in my ears and the only other thing I can hear are my dark intrusive thoughts, lol. So I keep my window open just to hear the wind and AC generator go off during the night and it helps me fall asleep. But then I'd get tired in noisey environments like school. =P

Something that helps me sleep is counting how many cars i hear pass or count to 1million. But as soon as I say : ok i have had enough of whatever i am doing (that i probably shouldn't be), my brain is like O.O you were saying?

As someone with ADHD, I feel you. My brain is looking for something, anything to hold my attention, but not much ever does. And yes, this means I have trouble sleeping. Melatonin does wonders for me, though.
