Lori I signed up for Earth Breeze with your code and I love it. I'm allergic to traditional detergents like tide and I have no reaction to these, plus I love not having to worry about the big jugs going into the ocean.
Hey Lori! You mentioned almost not picking up that bright orange free people sweater. to me that’s a no brainer. It’s a big trend in the southern US to wear bright/neon colors. hope this gives you information 😊
I know there will be more accolade sweatpants and ganni blouses in your future! I would 100% choose Brunello cuchinelli over any of those items any day! I sold a preowned Frank and Eileen top for $120, I also think that brand is having a resurgence similar to alo. Between the 2 hauls I would say you did amazing!
Hi Lori, some great finds. I recently picked up a pair of Bruno Cucinelli new straight leg blue jeans for €5!!!! I'm not a reseller bit the RRP is over €1,000. This is my best ever find along with a Max Mara grey wool and cashmire coat for €40 and a cashmere camel blazer for €15. Love, love, love thrifting❤
If I can't stop thinking about something I passed on I will get back there ASAP! Sometimes same day Sometimes next day right at opening. Do u own & use a fabric shaver? if not u should! it does miracles on worn down piling pieces!
Don't be upset over the Ganni. I sell NWT Nordstrom returns and my Ganni sits and sits and sits. I sold a dress recently and was super surprised it even sold.
I loved the second days haul. It also happens to me that I regret picking something up and it plagues me. I thrift alot in Germany, but don't resell. I have noticed that people watch what I pick up and look at. If I put the item down and still want to think about it, that person will take what I was considering. They were knowhere near the items when I was looking at them. I even had people trying to grab things out of my basket or trolley. One woman became manic that I had a wooden carved angel in my basket. If she could have knocked me oyt to get it she would have. Two years ago, my partner and I were at a market in Holland. They put out huge piles of clothes. I am Italian and have a natural sense of style and quality. I can pick out something from a pile just by looking at it. I had two woman following me like hawks. 😅 Now I put everything in my basket and decide what I don't necessarily want later, and put it back at the end to avoid something being taken before I have decided. Often, I have to leave awesome things behind because it might cost abit too much for my budget, and I can't buy everything I want. 😅 You bought beautiful clothes in the second haul despite what you went back for. It is uncanny that the items you went back to buy were gone the next morning. It is possible followers could snap up items you talk about, and rush out to grab what you missed 🤷 One never knows.
i'm taking pics, etc while listening to this video, when i heard you say you found a frank & eileen NWT and then also said i should get $50, I just about broke bones in my neck turning to my look at my laptop to say, OH MY GOODNESS Lori, nooooooooooooo. Not $50, you can get soooooo much more. then i heard editing Lori come in and save the day and the bones in my neck....🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. The first time i found F&E,, I had no idea what the brand was, I had actually passed over it, but came across a couple other pieces. the huge tags demanded my attention. I ended up leaving the goodwill with 5 pieces that day. which all sold in less than 3 weeks. Sold prices were $72-$120 and one of the items was very simple top (called the henley pullover) sold for $95.
Please state which goodwill is it if possible! I'm heading over to Boston in May and would like to do a little thrifting because my country doesn't really have that much, everyone is very hush hush about locations 😢
Maybe you should hire your daughter as a part-time buyer! :-). Or buy her finds and give her double what she paid shrug. Happy Easter! I'm not a spring chick anymore either...it does make me nervous, and why I watch so many you tubes...btw is it GANNI or GHANNI or?
Great finds! Learned some new ones which I appreciate. Can we agree to retire the ugly expression “beat a dead horse”. Not just because I’m a horse owner/lover….it’s just so unpleasant
