Fun fact: half of these OSHA violations were likely caused by the Counter-Strike Terrorists rushing into the building, violently taking it over, and then subsequently shifting furniture around in order to create cover to hide behind during a firefight with the Counter-Terrorists. For instance, they likely moved all those filing cabinets away from walls and into hallways to create more cover to hide behind during a firefight, or to create corners.

I think having all that snow built up could be a violation too if people are working in that environment. No salt or anything down to stop it icing over the roads...

A few additional issues 1. Lack of a fire protection system. The building does not seem to have any type of sprinkler system, fire alarm system, or fire fighter hoses. 2. Exit signs should have the arrow pointing to the direction for evacuation 3. Lack of emergency lighting. Sure the property probably had a standby generator, but emergency lighting is important while that is starting up, or if that system fails

Funny thing to note.. Some of the ( not all ) violations you are siting was not a thing when the map was originally made. By Teenagers.. That map is older than Half-Life 2 since this is a 1 to 1 creation of the Half-Life 2 MOD version of Counter Strike. Valve did not even know Counter Strike was even knew the mod existed yet little alone make it their own after hiring the creators. ( Well, some of the makers, not all of the devs actually got hired. ) Side note.. Did you know there is a CoD map that is based on the very first Counter-Strike map ever made? Keep in mind its now considered controversial after what happened in the USA during the 9/11 plane crashes. ( You know, the one that took out the twin-towers and.. Well did not even make a scratch on the walls of the Pentagon despite it being one of several targets. )

You see, i accidentally spilled my stack of papers earlier and i hurt my back the other day so i cant bend over easily, so i went to find someone to help me pick them up. Go figure, Inspector Bob decides to show up and give my work station a strike during that time. I was already on my last leg and management decided that due to this incident, it was time to let me go. I cant believe you gave my workstation a strike over some messy papers that i was already on my way to clean up. I hope you are happy, Inspector Bob.
